Методика навчання рухових умінь і навичок професійної спрямованості студентів інформаційних спеціальностей у процесі фізичного виховання

Abstract

У статті досліджено рухові здібності і характеристики психіки майбутніх фахівців інформаційних технологій, що дало можливість визначити ті показники, які безпосередньо впливають на навчальні досягнення здобувачів вищої освіти та розробити модельні характеристики сформованості рухових умінь і навичок професійної спрямованості студентів інформаційних спеціальностей. При цьому встановлено взаємозв’язок показників спеціальної рухової підготовки з рівнем професійної підготовленості майбутніх фахівців інформаційних технологій та визначено структуру психофізичної підготовки для успішного оволодіння професійними уміннями і навичками майбутньої спеціальності в галузі інформаційні технології.Обґрунтовано диференціацію фізичного виховання здобувачів вищої освіти відповідно до статі, мотиваційних прагнень та майбутньої спеціальності й на цій основі розроблено методику формування рухових умінь і навичок професійної спрямованості майбутніх фахівців інформаційних технологій.

The article examines the motor skills and characteristics of the psyche of future information technology specialists, which made it possible to determine those indicators that directly affect the educational achievements of students of higher education and to develop model characteristics of the formation of motor skills and professional orientation skills of students of information specialties. At the same time, the relationship between the indicators of special motor training and the level of professional training of future information technology specialists has been determined, and the structure of psychophysical training for the successful mastery of professional abilities and skills of the future specialty in the field of information technology has been determined. The differentiation of physical education of students of higher education according to gender, motivational aspirations and future specialty is substantiated, and on this basis, a methodology for the formation of motor skills and professional orientation skills of future information technology specialists is developed.
