Аналіз підготовленості українських гонщиків, що спеціалізуються в мотоциклетному кросі на мотоциклах з коляскою

Вперше в Україні було визначено показники спеціальної фізичної підготовленості гонщиків, що спеціалізуються в
мотокросі на мотоциклах з коляскою. Було визначено швидкісні показники проходження поворотів траси мотокросу в м.
Чернівцях світовими лідерами та вітчизняними гонщиками. Вперше було проведено порівняння техніко-тактичних
показників змагальної діяльності в «кросі» провідних закордонних та українських гонщиків та розроблена шкала
оцінювання якості проходження мотокросменами поворотів траси асоціації «Техноспорт» (м.Чернівці) різної категорії
складності за величиною швидкості входу у поворот, відповідно до показників світових лідерів (на твердому ґрунті).
Визначена складність мото – треку та розроблена модель ефективної змагальної діяльності за показниками
світових лідерів. Окреслено причини низьких показниківУкраїнських спортсменів, та перспективні шляхи удосконалення їх
підготовки.

For the first time in
Ukraine, indicators of special physical fitness of riders specializing in motocross on motorcycles with a sidecar were obtained. The
speed indicators of cornering motocross in Chernivtsi by world leaders and domestic racers are determined. For the first time, a
comparison was made of the technical and tactical indicators of competitive activity in the “cross” of leading foreign and Ukrainian
riders and a scale was developed for assessing the quality of cornering on the track of the Tehnosport association (Chernivtsi) of
various categories of complexity, according to the speed of cornering, with indicators of world leaders (on solid ground).
The complexity of the moto track has been calculated, and a model of effective competitive activity has been developed in
terms of world leaders. The reasons for the low performance of Ukrainian athletes, and promising ways to improve their training,
have been established. Conclusions. 1. Based on the results of the official timekeeping of competitions and high-speed video
shooting of the leading drivers of Ukraine and the world of selected elements of the association "Technosport" in Chernivtsi during
the stages of the World and Ukraine championships 2017-2018, the main indicators of their competitive activity were calculated. By
comparing the indicators of technical and tactical skill of world leaders and domestic riders, the main differences between them were
revealed, the reasons for the lag and promising ways of improving the training of Ukrainian athletes for the all -Ukrainian and international competitions of the highest level were outlined. 2.The data obtained during the study made it possible to formulate
model (model) values of the speed of entering the turns of a different category of complexity by the results of world and Ukrainian
leaders for an objective assessment of the quality of overcoming the quadrocyclical of various obstacles of the association
"Technosport" in Chernivtsi and modeling their further training.
