Особливості емпатії студенток педагогічних спеціaльностей на різних формах навчання

У статті проаналізовано особливості формування емпатії студенток педагогічних спеціальностей, визначено
рівні та шкали емпатійності до дітей, батьків, тварин, героїв художніх творів, знайомих і незнайомих людей тощо.
Також здійснено аналіз динаміки щодо емпатії у студенток педагогічних спеціальностей на різних формах навчання.
Одним із важливих завдань вищих педагогічних закладів освіти є формування активності майбутнього вчителя до
фізкультурної діяльності, яка зумовлює прояв ініціативності, цілеспрямованості, рішучості, є важливим засобом
поліпшення фізичного, психічного здоровʼя й, у той же час, одним з показників ефективності процесу професійної
підготовки, оскільки становлення вчителя до фізкультурної діяльності проектується на учнів, є прикладом для
наслідування.
Отже, в період навчання в педагогічному закладі вищої освіти (ЗВО) необхідно виявляти емпатію студентів до
дітей, щоб, якщо це ще можливо, коригувати їх ставлення до учнів та для розвитку їх комунікативних здібностей.

The
article analyzes the peculiarities of empathy formation by women students of pedagogical specialties; determines the levels and
scales of empathy to children, parents, animals, literary characters, friends and strangers etc. Also the analysis of empathy dynamics
among students of pedagogical specialties on various forms of education was conducted. Women students of the 2d, 3d and 4 years
of study of full-time and part-time education at the Faculty of Elementary Education of Pavlo Tychyna Uman State Pedagogical
University took part in the scientific experiment. The total number of respondents is 293 people (II and IV years of study for 60 fulltime
students and 60 part-tome students; III year of study – 53 full-time students). The methodology of I.M. Yusupov and
mathematical statistics methods were used. We observed a significant decrease in the empathy level to the children of the int ramural
students from 8.8 points in the second year of study to 7.7 points in the fourth year of study, which is obviously due to the practical
teaching at primary school, the direct inclusion in practical communication with children and the lack of professional orientation of
students. Although at the extramural form of study, the level of empathy to children is not very high, but remains stable at the 2nd
and 4th years of study (8.2 and 8.1 points respectively). One of the important tasks of the higher pedagogical educational
institutions is the formation of the future teacher’s activity for physical education, which predetermines the initiative, purposefulness
and determination. It is also an important means of improving physical and mental health and, at the same time, one of the indicators
of the efficiency professional training process, since the teacher’s readiness for physical education, designed for the students, is an
example for imitation.
Thus, during the study at the pedagogical higher educational establishments it is necessary to identify the empathy of
students to children, in order, if it is still possible, to adjust their attitude towards pupils and to develop their communicative skills.
