Педагогічне забезпечення формування позитивної мотивації вчителів на самоосвітню діяльність

У статті розглядається проблема забезпечення напрямів стимулювання позитивної мотивації до самоосвітньої діяльності, визначення у педагогів відповідних рівнів мотивації до самоосвітньої діяльності, окреслення активних форм та методів навчання в умовах підвищення фахової кваліфікації. Автор визначає стимули мотивації до самоосвітньої діяльності рушійними силами поведінки і професійної діяльності педагогів, які сприяють усвідомленню ними своїх потреб та допомагають сформувати ієрархію особистісно-професійних цінностей.

В статье рассматривается проблема обеспечения направлений стимулирования положительной мотивации к самообразовательной деятельности, определение у педагогов соответствующих уровней мотивации к самообразовательной деятельности, очерчивания активных форм и методов обучения в условиях повышения профессиональной квалификации. Автор определяет стимулы мотивации к самообразовательной деятельности движущими силами поведения и профессиональной деятельности педагогов, которые способствуют осознанию ими своих потребностей и помогают сформировать иерархию личностно-профессиональных ценностей.

The article focuses on the problem of providing the directions of stimulation of positive motivation to self-education, the definition of the appropriate levels of motivation for teachers in self-education activity, the definition of active forms and methods of training in conditions of professional development. The author defines the incentive motivation to self education by motion force of behavior and teachers’ professional work which promote awareness of their needs and help them wiht creating a personal and professional values’ hierarchy. Tt is established the scientific position that the formation of positive motivation for self-education should be based on an optimistic concept and focused on the potential capabilities and abilities of the teacher, which are embodied in an individuality itself. It is outlined the stimulation of self-education activity as an effective and efficient means that consistently and deeply covers the motivational sphere, therefore the process of transformation of external influence on internal stimulation is actively carried out. Teacher’s creative potential is able to turn him from the object of influence to the subject of personal development on basis of an individual-typological approach. The interest in independent cognitive activity, self-efficacy and self-representableness functiones as a stimulus for active action and should be based on the development and activation of teachers’ mental actions. Ensuring the purposeful formation of teachers’ self-education positive motivation involves the influence on the professional (the growth of personal and professional qualities), cognitive (the formation of a wide range of theoretical and practical knowledge), operational and technical (executive skills) spheres of teachers’ professional training. The result of the influence of different directions of formation of positive motivation to teachers’ self-education is the formation of objective self-esteem, which promotes the development of pedagogical creativity, ensures the interconnection of stimuli and motives in conditions of continuous professional self-improvement. Methods of positive motivation for self-education activity formation include improving the teachers’ training content, which takes place on the basis of an understanding by the subject of the personal significance of self-education and the reflection of the results of pedagogical work.
