Освітній проект модерну і суспільство сьогодення

Стаття присвячена аналізу освітнього проекту
модерну та його долі в сучасному суспільстві.
Розкрита амбівалентність освітнього проекту
модерну. Він: 1) позначає особливу освітню практику, що відповідає модерному суспільству; 2) вказує на конституювання модерного суспільства у вигляді освітнього проекту. У цьому полягає унікальність
новочасного Просвітництва. Його головний культурний результат – самоврядна особистість та схематика «роблення себе» як спосіб життєдіяльності. Виділені три напрямки критики освітнього проекту модерну в другій половині ХХ століття. Показана їх теоретична вразливість. Обґрунтовані основні критерії, за якими можна діагнозувати кризу
освітнього проекту модерну.

The article is devoted to analysis of the educational project of modernity and its role in the contemporary society. The ambivalence of the educational project of modernity is expanded so that the latter: 1) means a specific educational practice corresponding to the society of modernity; 2) demonstrates constituting of the society of modernity in a form of educational project. It is these
features that make the modern age of Enlightenment period unique. The principal
cultural results thereof are self-governing person and a schema of «selfmaking» as a lifestyle. Three lines of critique of the educational project of modern in the latter half of the 20th century are singled out, and their theoretical weaknesses are shown. The main criteria to diagnose crisis of the educational project of modernity are given ground.
