Ефективність фізичної реабілітації при хронічному неспецифічному бронхіті у дітей дошкільного віку

Актуальність проблеми фізичної реабілітації дітей дошкільного віку, хворих на хронічний неспецифічний
бронхіт зумовлена поширеністю цієї патології в структурі захворюваності дітей та можливими ускладненнями здоров‘я
в майбутньому. У статті звернуто увагу на значимість не лише фармакологічного лікування, але й немедикаментозної
терапії при хронічному неспецифічному бронхіті, розглянуто застосування комплексної фізичної реабілітації. Фізичну
реабілітацію дітей, хворих на хронічний обструктивний бронхіт проводять ураховуючи клінічний перебіг хвороби (період
захворювання, ступінь порушення функції зовнішнього дихання, стан серцево-судинної системи, загальний фізичний
стан дитини). Методи і засоби фізичної реабілітації при обструктивному бронхіті у дітей дошкільного віку є
високоефективними і сприяють відновленню бронхо-легеневої вентиляції, підвищенню опірності організму та
покращенню соматичного здоров‘я.

The urgency
of the problem of physical rehabilitation of preschool children who are sick with chronic nonspecific bronchitis is due to the
prevalence of this pathology in the structure of the incidence of children and possible future health complications. The article
presents data on the morphological and functional features of the respiratory system of children, which cause a tendency to chronic
diseases of the respiratory system. Attention is paid to the importance of not only pharmacological treatment, but also nonpharmacological
therapy in chronic non-specific obstructive bronchitis, the use of complex physical rehabilitation has been
considered. In the clinical picture of obstructive bronchitis in preschool children, respiratory, intoxication symptoms, signs of
respiratory failure and impaired systemic hemodynamics are highlighted. A method for evaluating a number of clinical indicators in
preschool children with obstructive bronchitis is presented. Special subscales have been developed for the evaluation of clinical
symptoms in scores from 0 to 3 in order to determine the effectiveness of the developed comprehensive physical rehabilitation
program for this cohort of children. Physical rehabilitation of children with chronic obstructive bronchitis is carried out, taking into
account the clinical course of the disease. Methods and means of physical rehabilitation in obstructive bronchitis in preschool
children at the inpatient stage of complex treatment proved to be highly effective and contributed to the restoration of bronchopulmonary
ventilation by reducing the increased tone of the muscles of the bronchi, removing bronchospasm, restoring and
improving the patency of the bronchi due to the reduction of mucosal edema and improved evacuation sputum In addition, the use of
physical rehabilitation facilities contributed to the improvement of local and general body resistance, the development of functional
adaptation to moderate loads and the improvement of children's somatic health.
