Детермінанти формування спортивно-аналітичних компетентностей фахівців галузі фізична культура і спорт

У статті піднімається питання підготовки конкурентоздатного фахівця сфери фізичної культури і спорту, готового до викликів і можливостей сфери сучасного спорту, який володіє спортивно-аналітичними навичками. В роботі визначено та обґрунтовано основні аналітичні вміння та навички притаманні фахівцю фізичної культури і спорту. З’ясовано що формування компетентностей фахівців з фізичної культури і спорту передбачає набуття загальних та фахових компетентностей, які будуть реалізовуватися в його діяльності. Визначено що основними категорія спортивної аналітики є: аналіз ефективності роботи гравців та команд, спортивний бізнес та аналітика здоров’я гравців. Висвітлені загальні (м’які) та спеціальні технічні навички, якими мають володіти спортивні аналітики, відповідно конкретної ролі та різних посадових обов'язків в команді. Сфокусовано, що саме набуття подібних компетенцій передбачає в процесі свого вивчення дисципліна «Спортивна аналітика» яка пропонується до вивчення у Освітньо-професійній програмі «Фізична культура і спорт» другого (магістерського) рівня вищої освіти за спеціальністю 017 «Фізична культура» Рівненського державного гуманітарного університету».

The article raises the issue of training a competitive specialist in the field of physical culture and sports, ready for the challenges and opportunities of modern sports, who has sports and analytical skills. The paper identifies and substantiates the basic analytical skills and abilities inherent in a specialist in physical culture and sports. The research methodology involved the use of competency-based and personality-oriented approaches.
The article argues that analytics in sports depends on technology. Modern technologies such as video, location devices and biometric sensors generate huge amounts of data and require significant amounts of computing power for analysis. Analytical skills in the field of sports are characterized, which involve the practice of applying mathematical and statistical methods in the field of sports and related activities. It is proved that despite the fact that there are many factors of a specific industry, sports analysts use the same basic methods and approaches of data analysis as any other analysts, namely the establishment of parameters for measurement such as: percentage of hits or failures, analysis effective application of certain types of tactics, injury analysis and consistent data collection from the general sample, etc. - this is the basis of the analytical process. The obtained data are processed and optimized to increase the accuracy and usability of the results.
It was found that the formation of competencies of specialists in physical culture and sports involves the acquisition of general and professional competencies, which will be implemented in his pedagogical organizational and managerial activities. It is determined that the main category of sports analytics according to Davenport T. are: analysis of the effectiveness of players and teams, sports business, player health analytics. General (soft) and special technical skills that analysts should have are highlighted, according to the specific role and various job responsibilities in the team. It is focused that the acquisition of such competencies is provided in the process of studying the discipline «Sports Analytics» which is offered for study in the Educational-professional program «Physical Culture and Sports» of the second (master's) level of higher education in 017 «Physical Culture» Rivne State University of the Humanities.
