Оптимізація рухової активності школярів засобами олімпійської освіти

У статті здійснено аналіз підходів до оптимізації рухової активності школярів засобами олімпійської освіти. Емпірично отримані показники рухової активності школярів (n=44). Визначено, що одним з підходів до оптимізації рухової активності є впровадження засобів олімпійської освіти в освітній процес. Встановлено, що інтеграція програм з олімпійської освіти в освітній процес відбувається з використанням наступних методів: вивчення теоретичного матеріалу, використання різних видів літератури та мистецтва, організація та проведенні рухової діяльності як основи олімпійської освіти. Розроблений підхід щодо оптимізації рухової активності молодших школярів базувався на використанні виховного потенціалу олімпійської освіти через підібрані форми і методи, які визначали механізми залучення дітей молодшого шкільного віку у процес засвоєння змісту та сутності здорового способу життя та вироблення належних практичних навичок. Приріст в підсумкових показниках дітей свідчить про те, що оптимізація рухової активності школярів відбувається ефективніше під час цілеспрямованої освітньої роботи з використанням складових олімпійської освіти.

The relevance of the study is due to the objective need to optimize physical activity of students, creating a system of health measures to form a culture of healthy lifestyle of children and insufficient development of many aspects of this problem at the theoretical and methodological levels. The article analyzes the approaches to optimizing the motor activity of schoolchildren by means of Olympic education. Empirically obtained initial indicators of motor activity of schoolchildren (n = 44) are at a low level. Processing the results revealed that more than 70% of children spend much of their time sitting on the Internet or playing games on various gadgets. It is determined that one of the approaches to the optimization of motor activity is the introduction of Olympic education in the educational process. It is established that the integration of Olympic education programs into the educational process occurs using the following methods: the study of theoretical material, the use of various types of literature and art, the organization and conduct of physical activity as the basis of Olympic education. The developed approach to optimizing the physical activity of primary school children was based on using the educational potential of Olympic education through selected forms and methods that determine the mechanisms of involving primary school children in the process of learning the content and essence of a healthy lifestyle and developing practical skills. The content of the material was divided into blocks, which covered various components of a healthy lifestyle: physical activity, nutrition, daily routine, behavior, etc. Classes included an information block and a practical (game) part, where practical techniques of maintaining a healthy lifestyle and optimizing physical activity were mastered. The increase in the final indicators of children indicates that the optimization of motor activity of schoolchildren is more effective during targeted educational work using the components of Olympic education.
