Вплив глобалізації на організаційно-управлінські процеси в дитячо-юнацькому спорті

Abstract

Актуальність дослідження зумовлена нагальною потребою вдосконалення механізмів управління дитячо-юнацькими фізкультурно-спортивними організаціями в Україні в умовах глобалізаційних трансформацій. В статті викладено основні характеристики сучасного культурного середовища України в частині фізичної культури і спорту дітей та молоді. Окреслено головні зовнішні фактори впливу на нього, а саме глобалізаційних процесів, що відбуваються в сучасному світі. Визначено основні напрями організаційно-управлінських дій, що дозволять українській системі фізичної культури і спорту адаптуватися до зовнішніх викликів і ефективно розвиватися. Досліджено перспективні напрями використання сучасних технологій для підвищення ефективності управління та менеджменту дитячо-юнацьких фізкультурно-спортивних організацій.Sports and fitness organizations develop in an unpredictable environment, being influenced by many external factors. The sustainable functioning of sports and fitness organizations is important, as they play an important role in society, contributing to public health, development and popularization of sports. The relevance of studying the impact of globalization on the development of the management system of sports and fitness organizations is due to several reasons: growing competition, rapid technological change, changing consumer needs, economic instability, socio-cultural changes, and the need for effective management. The relevance of this study is due to the urgent need to improve management mechanisms in youth physical culture and sports organizations in Ukraine. These improvements are necessary in the context of ongoing globalization transformations. The article analyzes the key characteristics of Ukraine’s modern cultural environment in the field of children’s and youth physical culture and sports. It highlights the main external factors influencing this environment, particularly globalization processes that are shaping the modern world. The study identifies key organizational and managerial strategies that will help Ukraine’s physical culture and sports system adapt to external challenges and develop effectively. Additionally, the article explores promising directions for integrating modern technologies to enhance management efficiency in youth sports organizations. The results of the study can help sports and fitness organizations to develop adaptive development strategies, taking into account the impact of external factors. This will allow them to better predict changes in the market and respond to challenges in a timely manner.
