STEM у професійній освіті та навчанні: зарубіжний досвід.

Abstract

У статті порушено проблему місця і ролі STEM у професійній освіті та навчанні фахівців. На прикладі щорічного аналізу людського капіталу обґрунтована необхідність формування найбільш затребуваних на сучасному етапі вмінь фахівців. Розглянуто особливості інтегративного навчання, яке базується на інтегративному, міждисциплінарному та проектному підходах. На прикладі зарубіжного досвіду показано можливості STEM у підготовці кваліфікованих робітників.The problem of place and role of STEM in vocational education and training of skilled workers is highlighted in the article. Based on the annual analysis of human capital the reasonable necessity to form the abilities of specialists most highly sought on the modern stage. The features of integrative studies that is based on integrative, interdisciplinary and project approaches are considered. On the example of foreign experience possibilities of STEM in preparation of skilled workers are shown.
