Науково-методичні аспекти акцентованого формування готовності до інноваційної діяльності майбутніх фахівців з фізичної культури і спорту на основі використання у навчальному процесі сучасних педагогічних технологій навчання

У статті розглядаються науково-методичні аспекти оптимізації процесу професійної підготовки майбутніх фахівців з фізичної культури і спорту на основі використання у навчальному процесі сучасних педагогічних технологій навчання які скеровані на цілеспрямоване формування знань, умінь та навичок здійснення інноваційної діяльності під час реалізації набутих фахових компетентностей. Здійснено аналіз літературних джерел з питань інновації та розвитку інноваційного процесу сфери фізичної культури і спорту. Визначені та структуровані провідні компоненти здібностей до інноваційної діяльності. Визначені педагогічні форми навчання. Розглянуті педагогічні етапи супроводження процесу формування готовності до інноваційної діяльності. Обґрунтована необхідність використання у навчальному процесі етапної педагогічної моделі навчання з акцентованим формуванням навичок здійснення інноваційної діяльності майбутніми фахівцями з фізичної культури і спорту.

The article discusses the scientific and methodological aspects of the optimization of the process of professional training of future specialists in physical culture and sports based on the use of modern pedagogical teaching technologies in the educational process, which are aimed at the purposeful formation of knowledge, skills and abilities for the implementation of innovative activities during the implementation of acquired professional competencies. The analysis of literary sources on the issues of innovation and development of the innovative process in the field of physical culture and sports is carried out. The leading components of the abilities for innovative activity of specialists in the field of physical culture and sports have been determined and structured. It is determined that the ability to innovate the future specialist in physical education and sports is a set of interrelated individual mental abilities of the individual, which determines the student's ability to successfully innovate, which exists and develops in this activity in the presence of relevant knowledge, skills, abilities, and which determines the readiness to learn new ways and methods of this activity. Organizational forms of training are classified. The pedagogical stages of support of the process of formation of readiness for innovative activity of future specialists in physical culture and sports are considered. The necessity of using a staged pedagogical model of teaching in the educational process with an emphasized formation of knowledge, skills and abilities in the field of physical culture and sports in the field of physical culture and sports during the implementation of acquired professional competencies has been substantiated.
