Діагностичні аспекти підтвердження анкілозивного спондилоартриту

Стаття висвітлює основні проблеми ранньої діагностики анкілозивного спондилоартриту та шляхи вирішення
цих проблем з допомогою використання найбільш інформативних діагностичних підходів. Коротко надається інформація
стосовно основних та супутніх, клінічних проявів захворювання, ускладнень, з якими зіштовхуються пацієнти. У статті
визначено, що для підтвердження достовірного діагнозу необхідна наявність одного із клінічних симптомів (біль у спині
запального походження, обмеження рухливості у поперековому відділі або зменшення екскурсії грудної клітки), що
поєднується із рентгенологічними ознаками саклоілеїту 2-4 стадії. Для більш детального вивчення патологічного
процесу та усіх його ознак додатково використовують діагностичні проби, а саме, з метою виявлення сакроілеїту на
дорентгенівській стадії та визначення ступеня обмежень рухливості у відділах хребта. У висновках зазначається
перелік діагностичних методів (анамнестичних, візуалізуючих, лабораторних, функціональні проби) та схематично
зображено послідовність ранньої діагностики.

The article demonstrates the main
problems of early diagnosis of ankylosing spondyloarthritis and ways to solve these problems through the use of the most
informative diagnostic approaches. Information about the main and related clinical manifestations of the disease, complications faced
by patients is briefly provided. The article describes the radiological stages of the disease and the main features of the tomography.
Listed functional tests that will help identify additional pathological processes of the musculoskeletal system.
The article determined that in order to confirm a reliable diagnosis, one of the clinical symptoms (back pain of inflammatory
origin, restriction of mobility in the lumbar spine or reduction of chest excursion) is necessary, which is combined with radiological
signs of sakloiliitis stage 2-4. For a more detailed study of the pathological process and all its signs, diagnostic tests are additionally
used, namely, in order to identify sacroiliitis at the preenthenological stage and determine the degree of limitation of mobility in the
spine. The findings indicate the list of diagnostic methods (anamnestic, imaging, laboratory, functional tests) and schematically
depicts the sequence of early diagnosis.
