Етапи процесу навчання техніки катання на роликових ковзанах

В статті окреслено особливості процесу навчання техніки катання на роликових ковзанах молодших школярів.
Авторами вказується, що Т. Круцевич (2008), О. Гурба (2010) досліджували оздоровче та виховне значення катання на
роликових ковзанах; Н. Силаєв (2011), А. Худияш (2013) подали характеристику напрямів катань на роликах, інвентарю
та обладнання, вибору місця для заняття; А.М. Докторевич (2001) визначив критерії техніки бігу на роликових ковзанах,
а С.В. Романов (2009) розробив методику навчання основним елементам фігурного катання на роликах.
Водночас, у вітчизняній науково-методичній літературі недостатню теоретично обґрунтувано цілісну
структуру процесу навчання техніки катання на роликових ковзанах. В статті зазначено, що катання на роликових
ковзанах має свої специфічні особливості, пов‘язані з будовою ковзаючого елементу, технічними характеристиками взуття, механічною зупинкою та покриттям місця для заняття. Зважаючи на ці особливості авторами подано власний
підхід до структури процесу навчання техніки катання на роликових ковзанах, що має три етапи.
Запропонована авторська структура процесу навчання техніки катання на роликових ковзанах базується на
закономірностях і принципах побудови процесу оволодівання руховими діями дітьми молодшого шкільного віку. Побудова
змістового компоненту відповідає анатомо-фізіологічним, психолого-педагогічним особливостям, а засоби, методи і
форми застосовуються відповідно до вікового чиннику.

The
article outlines the structure of the process of training the technique of roller skating for junior schoolchildren. The authors state that
A. Doktorevych (2001), T. Krutsevych (2008), O. Gurba (2010) researched the health and educational value of roller skating; N.
Silayev (2011), A. Khuddiyash (2013) gave a description of the directions of roller skating, inventory and equipment, the choice of
place for training; A.M Doctorevych (2001) defined the criteria for running techniques on roller skates, and S.V. Romanov (2009)
developed a training method for the basic elements of figure skating on rollers. At the same time, the integral structure, forms,
means, pedagogical conditions and peculiarities of the process of training the technique of roller skating are insufficiently
substantiated in the national scientific and methodological literature.
The article states that roller skating has its own specific features related to the structure of the sliding element, the
technical characteristics of the shoes, the mechanical stop and the place of training. Taking into account these features, the authors
present their own approach to the process structure of the teaching the technique of roller skating, which has the following stages:
I stage-initial learning, II stage- detailed learning of the main elements of skating, skills formation; III stage-consolidation of
the developed skills and techniques of roller skating.
The proposed structure of the process of training is based on the peculiarities and principles of constructing the process of
mastering the motor activity by junior school children. The construction of the content component corresponds to the anatomical and
physiological, psychological and pedagogical peculiarities; and the means, methods and forms are used in accordance with the age
factor.
