Зарубіжний досвід створення ергономічного освітнього простору і середовища

Розглянуто зарубіжний досвід створення ергономічного освітнього простору і середовища, які відкривають можливості для впровадження інноваційних стратегій навчання. Вони забезпечують синергію між фізичним комфортом, емоційним добробутом та ефективністю навчання. Зроблено висновок, що в умовах повоєнної відбудови України розглянутий зарубіжний досвід дозволить створити нові ергономічні освітні простори і середовища або реконструювати пошкоджені з урахуванням ергономічного підходу.

The article is devoted to the study of foreign experience in creating ergonomic educational space and environment. It has been established that they create opportunities for the implementation of innovative learning strategies based on active methods and modern digital tools, providing synergy between physical comfort, emotional well-being, and learning efficiency. The importance of using an ergonomic approach to designing effective pedagogical systems is emphasized, since the digital transformation of education makes it possible to change the role of teachers, the learning environment, and the infrastructure supporting the educational process. Technologies together with pedagogy activate the potential of participants in the educational process, but their evolution must have a positive impact on the results of education and training, on the ability of applicants to focus on learning. Pedagogical ergonomics produces solutions based on the interaction of systemic, humanistic, scientific, and design thinking. The results of major foreign studies on educational spaces and environments are highlighted. It is emphasized that when developing ergonomic spaces, it is necessary to be guided by the criteria of permanence and consequences. This makes it possible to create a holistic ecosystem in an educational institution. Information is provided on the activities of an international group of scientists on ergonomic problems in education, as well as their development of the methodology of activity-oriented analysis and design (ACAD). It is considered a tool that improves the understanding and design of learning using knowledge and elements that determine educational activities. Using this tool helps designers and teachers to develop effective educational spaces and environments, taking into account the available budget. It is concluded that in the conditions of post-war reconstruction of Ukraine, the considered foreign experience will allow creating new ergonomic educational spaces and environments or reconstructing damaged ones, taking into account the ergonomic approach.
