Формування «soft skills» у майбутніх вчителів в процесі фізичного виховання (теоретико-методичний аспект)

У даній роботі розкривається поняття «soft skills – гнучкі / м’які» навички» та їх місце у підготовці майбутніх педагогів засобами фізичного виховання. На основі врахування рекомендацій World Economic Forum в Давосі, результатів трирічного дослідження «Навички для розвитку суспільства. Сила емоційних і соціальних навичок» ОЕСР (2015 р.) та Професійного стандарту за професіями «Вчитель початкових класів закладу загальної середньої освіти», «Вчитель закладу загальної середньої освіти», «Вчитель з початкової освіти» спроектовано навички «softs kills» на предмет «Фізичне виховання» у ЗВО які включають: блок розвитку когнітивних здібностей; блок розвитку діяльнісних здібностей; блок розвитку особистісних здібностей. Означений набір блоків «soft skills» можна визначити як «зону відповідальності» педагогічної науки до якої відноситься фізичне виховання. Рекомендується використовувати різні поєднання під час формування «soft skills»: робота в спортивному (тренажерному) залі, спортивному майданчику, стадіоні, басейні, e-learning, проекти (практичні, соціальні та ін.).

Based on the recommendations of the World Economic Forum in Davos, the results of a three-year study Skills for society. The Power of Emotional and Social Skills of the OECD (2015) and the Professional Standard for the Professions Primary Secondary School Teacher, «General Secondary School Teacher, Primary Education Teacher designed softs kills skills for the subject Physical education in Institutions of higher education: block of development of cognitive abilities: ability to think panoramically and critically; formation of project thinking (designing the results of classes, the effect of the use of physical culture and health techniques); development of the ability to make decisions in situations of lack of time (sports and moving games); development of skills to creatively solve open tasks (formation of programs of physical fitness in the professional direction); block of development of activity abilities: leadership qualities, ability to manage oneself and the audience (conducting with a group of students fragments of classes, general developing and military (organizing) exercises, refereeing of competitions, sports volunteering); ability to create texts, ability to visualize information; ability to interact with other people (acting as a coach); block of development of personal abilities: ability to speak publicly (ability to convince others of the need to lead a healthy lifestyle, sports activities); ability to work in a team (preparation of competitions, educational activities, sports volunteering); communication skills; ability to motivate, capture; the ability to see a person; mastering time management skills (self-organization the optimal mode of the day, planning exercise in accordance with hygienic standards and needs).
