Трансформація змісту початкової освіти (кінець ХХ – початок ХХІ ст.)

У статті розглядається проблема трансформації змісту початкової освіти кінця ХХ – початку ХХІ століття в період переходу освітньої системи України на принципи демократизації та гуманізації освіти, особистісної орієнтації, врахування національної самобутності та європейського досвіду. Здійснено аналіз навчальних планів та інших документів (наказів, звітів), які визначали зміст початкової освіти досліджуваного періоду, особливостей Державного стандарту початкової освіти 2000 року, його позитивних сторін та проблем реалізації.

В статье рассматривается проблема трансформации содержания начального образования конца ХХ - начала XXI века в период перехода образовательной системы Украины на принципы демократизации и гуманизации образования, личностной ориентации, учета национальной самобытности и европейского опыта. Осуществлен анализ учебных планов и других документов (приказов, отчетов), которые определяли содержание начального образования исследуемого периода, особенностей Государственного стандарта начального образования 2000 года, его положительных сторон и проблем реализации.

At the end of the XX-th century when the Ukraine declared its independence in the state there was a need to completely rebuild and rethink the content of the primary education. The restructuring should take place according to the model of European countries but taking into account the national peculiarities, achievements of pedagogical theory and practice. In 1998 the Basic Curriculum of General Education Institutions was approved. It has defined such basic industries as "Social Science" (the educational subject – Human and the World), "The Languages and the Literature" (the educational subject - Native Language and Reading, Foreign Language), "Cultural Studies" (the educational subject – the Art, which is divided into Fine Arts and Musical Art), "Natural science" (the educational subject – the Natural science), "Mathematics" (the educational subject – the Mathematics), "Physical Education and Health" – (the educational subject – the Physical Culture, Valeology), "Technology" (the educational subject – the Work Training). The variation part was offered for consideration by the educational institution. In 2000 the significant in the issue of standardization of the primary education was the introduction of the State Standard of the Primary Education in which the main goal of the primary general education was defined. This goal is the comprehensive development and upbringing of the individual through the formation of full-fledged speech skills in the pupils, the abilities to read and count, desire and ability to study. In this State standard the main attention was paid to discharge the pupil's study time, was reduced the duration of lessons. And to preserve and strengthen the health of the pupils 3 classes of Physical culture were introduced in each class of the primary school. On the basis of the approved standard, new curricula were developed and approved. New curricula differed from previous ones by the principles of the selection of the content of education, the list of educational subjects, etc. Changes in curricula required the changes to curricula, textbooks for the primary school. If we take into account the positive experience and the analysis of the problem that it will ensure for us the effectiveness of the transformation of the content of modern primary education in the context of the reforming of the primary school in accordance with the requirements of the Ukrainian legislation.
