Наслідки політики девальвації фізичної підготовки у фізичному вихованні освітніх закладів України для громадян і держави

Із 2008 р. різними постановами щодо реформування системи фізичного виховання учнів та студентської молоді
по фізичній підготовці в архітектоніці даної системи був здійснений серйозний удар, який має всі ознаки політичності.
Девальвація фізичної підготовки у фізичній культурі в навчальних закладах робилося на фоні статистики про
негативний фізичний стан молоді й перш за все здоров’я. Рішення про скасування державних тестів і нормативів оцінки
фізичної підготовленості населення України не було науково обґрунтованим, чим було нанесло шкоду системі фізичної
культури/фізичного виховання в закладах освіти. Прийняті кроки (урядове рішеннящодо порядку проведення щорічного
оцінювання фізичної підготовленості населення України) викликають багато запитань, адже акцент зроблений на
констатацію результату і майже нічого конкретно не сказано про організацію процесу фізичної підготовки, яка б
сприяла покращенню цих результатів.

The analysis of consequences for
citizens and the state from program-normative steps on the devaluation of physical fitness in the physical education of youth is
carried out. Since 2008, various resolutions on the reform of the system of physical education of students and students for physical
fitness in the architecture of this system have been made a serious blow, which has all the signs of politics. The depreciation of
physical fitness in physical culture in educational institutions was made against the background of statistics on the negative physical
state of youth and, above all, health. Perhaps insignificant, but precisely present there is a share in this negative statistics from
neglect of the value potential of physical culture. Though indirectly, but physical culture / physical education has an impact on
physical health of a person by the fact that the body receives physical activity, which is extremely important for him. The threats to
Ukraine's sovereignty and the need to protect the homeland, independence and territorial integrity of Ukraine, which arose in 2014,
exposed all the short-sightedness of state administration in the field of physical culture and sports. The decision to abolish state tests
and norms for evaluating the physical preparedness of the population of Ukraine was not scientifically substantiated, which damaged
the system of physical education / physical education in educational institutions. The steps taken (the government decision on the
procedure for carrying out an annual assessment of the physical preparedness of the population of Ukraine) raises many questions,
since the emphasis is placed on the statement of the result and almost nothing is specifically said about the organization of the
process of physical training, which would contribute to improving these results. Multivariate formulas such as "Central and local
executive bodies, enterprises, institutions, organizations contribute to raising the level of physical preparedness of the population of
Ukraine" do not shed light on the specific mechanisms for implementing this improvement.
