Управління в системі масового спорту

У статті розглядаються особливості управління спортивно-масовою та фізкультурно-оздоровчою роботою. Вивчалися засоби, що сприяють залученню різних верств населення до занять масовим спортом. Розглядались основні напрямки спортивної політики місцевих органів управління.

In the article the peculiarities of mass sports and fitness work. Studied ways to influence the public to their involvement in mass sports classes. Covered the main areas of sports policy of the local government. Scientific and methodological support of the development of mass sports, recreational physical culture lags far behind
research on issues of top sports achievements. The key question remains unresolved mass sports - how to attract and create the need for all groups in regular physical
activity. Despite the availability of effective sport-health methods and systems, their use in everyday life is only a small part of the population. An effective system of attracting people to regular mass fitness classes virtually absent. At the same time, many industry experts consider the issue as a purely administrative and even narrower as financial. Despite the increase in support for physical culture and sports of the state, tangible progress is only in traditional sports towards higher achievements, while the majority of the population stays away from the practice of sport and its values.
According to experts, this fact demonstrates the need for rethinking the existing practices and the development of modern science-based management concept mass sports. One of the urgent scientific and managerial problems of mass sports - is the development and study of theory and methodology of physical improvement target groups, especially those who are currently not very involved in sports and recreation classes. These include girls and women, especially women with children, the middle aged and older, people with disabilities, at-risk adolescents, socially excluded citizens.

В статье рассматриваются особенности управления спортивно-массовой и физкультурно-оздоровительной работой. Изучались средства, способствующие привлечению различных слоев населения к занятиям массовым спортом. Рассматривались основные направления спортивной политики местных органов управления.
