Модель формування професійної компетентності майбутніх фахівців з фізичного виховання і спорту

У статті представлено модель професійної компетентності майбутніх фахівців з фізичного виховання i спорту. Уточнено визначення понять «модель» у педагогічному аспекті; теоретико-методологічних основ моделювання процесу підготовки майбутніх фахівців з фізичного виховання i спорту до професійної діяльності; формулювання методологічних підходів побудови моделі; створення алгоритму та розроблення й опис (педагогічна інтерпретація) моделі. Розроблено модель методичної системи формування професійної компетентності майбутніх фахівців з фізичного виховання i спорту до професійної діяльності за чотирма структурними блоками: цільовим, теоретикометодологічним, організаційно-змістовим, результативно-оцінювальним, розміщеними відповідно до логічної послідовності та функціональної єдності процесу підготовки майбутніх фахівців з фізичного виховання i спорту до професійної діяльності. Доведено, що модель формування компетентності майбутніх фахівців з фізичного виховання і спорту у закладах вищої освіти являє собою комплексну систему взаємопов’язаних елементів, що при створенні організаційно-педагогічних умов забезпечують досягнення головної мети процесу професійної підготовки відповідно до соціального замовлення.

The article presents and considers the professional competence model of future specialists in physical education and sports while studying in higher education institutions. Material and research methods: theoretical analysis of special and scientific literature, generalization of data, Internet material. Results: the development of the model included: clarification of the meaning of the concepts "model" in the pedagogical aspect; determination of theoretical and methodological bases of modeling the preparation process of future specialists in physical education and sports for professional activity; formulation of methodological approaches model building; creation of algorithm, development and description (pedagogical interpretation) of the model. We present the formation of methodical system model of professional competence of future specialists in physical education and sports to professional activity in four structural blocks: target, theoretical and methodological, organizational and content, performance and evaluation, placed in accordance with the logical sequence and functional unity of the process of preparation of future specialists in physical education and sports to professional work. Conclusions: рrofessional training of specialists in higher education institutions is aimed at the acquisition by future specialists in physical education and sports of thorough and fundamental knowledge, the formation of skills and abilities in the chosen profession. The formation competence model of future specialists in physical education and sports in higher education institutions is a complex system of interconnected elements (content, forms, methods), which in creating organizational and pedagogical conditions ensure the achievement of the main goal the process of professional training in accordance with the social order.
