Еволюція оздоровчо-рекреаційних технологій у соціальних системах: історичний дискурс

У статті розглянуто еволюцію оздоровчо-рекреаційних технологій у соціальних системах крізь призму історичного розвитку. Проаналізовано зміни у підходах до рухової активності як засобу збереження здоров’я та підвищення якості життя залежно від соціально-економічних умов, наукових знань і культурних традицій. Визначено основні етапи розвитку оздоровчо-рекреаційних технологій – від ритуальних практик і військової підготовки античності до сучасних інноваційних методик, що включають цифрові платформи, екоголістичні практики та адаптивні форми рухової активності.
Методологія дослідження базується на аналізі, синтезі та узагальненні наукової літератури, використанні історичного та порівняльно-історичного методів, контент-аналізу джерел і експертного опитування фахівців. Виявлено закономірності формування та трансформації оздоровчо-рекреаційних технологій відповідно до суспільних потреб і науково-технологічного прогресу. Результати дослідження підтверджують значний вплив історичних факторів на розвиток оздоровчо-рекреаційної діяльності та підкреслюють необхідність адаптації ефективних практик минулого до сучасних умов. Запропоновано перспективні напрями вдосконалення рекреаційних технологій у контексті розвитку здорового способу життя та суспільного добробуту.

The article examines the evolution of health and recreation technologies in social systems through the prism of historical development. Changes in approaches to physical activity as a means of preserving health and improving the quality of life are analyzed depending on socio-economic conditions, scientific knowledge and cultural traditions. The main stages of the development of health and recreation technologies are identified - from ritual practices and military training of antiquity to modern innovative methods, including digital platforms, eco-friendly practices and adaptive forms of physical activity.
The research methodology is based on the analysis, synthesis and generalization of scientific literature, the use of historical and comparative-historical methods, content analysis of sources and expert survey of specialists. The regularities of the formation and transformation of health and recreation technologies in accordance with social needs and scientific and technological progress are revealed. The results of the study confirm the significant influence of historical factors on the development of health and recreation activities and emphasize the need to adapt effective practices of the past to modern conditions. Promising directions for improving recreational technologies in the context of the development of a healthy lifestyle and social well-being are proposed.
