Філософські аспекти педагогічної ергономіки у контексті технологічної освітньої галузі

Встановлено, що для формування ефективної діяльності в освітньому середовищі потрібно переосмислити педагогічні проблеми в ергономічних термінах і рішеннях, враховуючи трансформацію критеріїв ергономіки і міждисциплінарне розуміння її об’єктів. Здійснено аналіз філософських концепцій, які пояснюють, як людина пізнає світ, використовуючи своє тіло. Показано важливість розуміння філософських засад для технологічної освітньої галузі, де вчитель технологій та здобувачі повинні чітко розуміти можливості для дій.

The article explores the philosophical aspects of pedagogical ergonomics. It is established that to foster effective activity in the educational environment, it is necessary to rethink pedagogical problems and solutions in ergonomic terms, taking into account the transformation of ergonomic criteria and the interdisciplinary understanding of ergonomic objects. It is shown that in the modern period of society’s development, the relationship between technocracy, technical creativity, and humanisation is becoming more acute. There is a need to rethink the life of an individual in a technical environment and to realise the benefits and dangers of using modern technologies. An analysis of philosophical concepts that explain how a person learns the world using their body is carried out. It is examined how a person learns mental and practical spaces and communicates with them physically and virtually. The role of the connections between the body, the body scheme, and the individual’s experience in the study of the external world and the implementation of kinesthetic ideas is highlighted. Attention is drawn to the importance of the individual’s understanding of the possibilities of objects in the context of the ecological theory of perception and human-oriented design. The importance of understanding the philosophical foundations of these theories for the technological educational field is shown, where the teacher of technology and applicants must clearly understand the possibilities for action and be protected from making unacceptable movements and actions. Understanding the philosophical basis of pedagogical ergonomics allows you to identify “bottlenecks” in the organisation of the educational process and prevent possible harm to the participants in the process. The philosophical dimension interprets the educational space as an ecosystem in which there is no educational stress, which is achieved by optimising teaching aids and the architectonics of the classroom. Ergonomic parameters, as technical indicators, are transformed into philosophical categories that determine the quality of a person’s existence through the idea of comfort, since the educational environment is the life world of the subject of learning.
