Сутність та структура професійно-педагогічної підготовки викладачів професійно-художніх дисциплін

Сутність підготовки фахівця полягає у формуванні у нього системи знань і умінь, якостей особистості, необхідних для виконання різних функцій професійної діяльності. Професійна підготовка у ВНЗ здійснюється за різноманітними організаційними формами, моделями, системами і програмами, основна мета яких формування позитивної мотивації навчальної діяльності, мотивації пізнання, що є основою професійного саморозвитку майбутнього фахівця.
Процес професійного розвитку та саморозвитку майбутнього викладача професійно-художніх дисциплін відбувається в умовах навчальної діяльності, регламентується системою вимог з боку викладачів, навчальних програм, специфіки предмета професійної діяльності. В нашій статті ми розглянемо даний процес, який потребує підвищення суб‘єктного компоненту особистості майбутнього фахівця у процесі його професійного саморозвитку.
