Формування організаторських здібностей майбутніх учителів фізичної культури у процесі професійної підготовки

Стаття піднімає актуальні питання підготовки майбутніх учителів. Зокрема, у статті проведено аналіз та
узагальнення праць, що розкривають сутність організаційних умінь майбутнього учителя. Доцільно в контексті
педагогічної діяльності розглядати ці здібності як: управління власною поведінкою, раціональний розподіл свого часу,
самоконтроль, обґрунтований розподіл часу для різних видів робіт у структурі заняття, управління дитячим
колективом, контроль учнівської діяльності, дотримання поставлених вимог, уміння налагодити співпрацю з
різноманітними структурами з метою підвищення ефективності освітнього процесу.
Виявлена позитивна динаміка у процесі формування організаторських здібностей майбутніх учителів фізичної
культури. Це забезпечувалось цілеспрямованою роботою усіх суб‘єктів освітнього процесу під час аудиторних занять,
практики студентів, спортивних та масових заходів, самостійної роботи, методичної роботи викладацького складу,
заходів по створенню та вдосконаленню матеріальної бази закладу вищої освіти, контролю за рівнем знань, вмінь та
навичок студентів.

Education at a higher education institution is the foundation of future professional functioning and aims to
prepare professionals for integration into a competitive professional environment. The article raises up-to-date issues of the training
of future teachers. Constant discussions about the teacher's abilities and the process of their formation during studying at a higher
education institution predetermine the interest of scholars and researchers in a more thorough study of these issues. In particular,
the article analyzes and generalizes works that reveal the essence of the organizational skills of the future teacher. It was found that
scholars present different approaches and interpretations of the concept of "organizational ability". It is advisable in the context of
pedagogical activity to consider these abilities as: management of one‘s own behavior, rational distribution of one‘s time, self-control,
reasonable distribution of time for various types of work in the structure of classes, management of the children's team, control of
pupils' activities, compliance with the requirements, ability to establish cooperation with various structures in order to increase the
efficiency of the educational process.
The research on changes in the levels of formation of organizational skills of future physical education teachers in the
process of their professional training has been conducted. The positive dynamics in the process of formation of organizational skills
of future teachers of physical education was revealed. This was ensured by the purposeful work of all subjects of the educational
process during the classroom classes; students' practice; sports and mass events; independent work, training work with sports
teams; methodical work of the teaching staff; measures of creating and improving the material base of the institution of higher
education; control of the level of knowledge, skills and abilities of students.
