Вплив професійної діяльності на функціональну активність нервової системи вчителів в умовах реформування освіти

Професійна діяльність педагога характеризується значним психо-емоційним напруженням та фізичним навантаженням. Вивчення психофізіологічних функцій нервової системи під впливом професійної діяльності показало, що чим більший вік і педагогічний стаж вчителів, тим нижчі показники уваги, обсягу пам’яті. Під кінець навчального періоду більш стійкою до навантаження виявилась нервова система у вчителів старшої вікової групи, що може бути свідченням їх кращої адаптації. Діагностика емоційного вигорання вчителів виявила, що представники чоловічої статі мають більшу стійкість порівняно з жінками. Вже в молодшій віковій групі вчителів спостерігається формування фаз напруження та резистенції. Є припущення, якщо емоційне напруження та професійне вигорання настає раніше, то швидкість його розвитку буде швидша.

The professional activity of the teacher is characterized by significant psycho-emotional stresses, constant interpersonal contacts, high physical and stressful loads. Researches of scientists show that a high level of concentration and distribution of attention, insufficient physical activity, irregular working hours, the presence of stress factors, social and hygienic working conditions have a direct impact on the health of the teacher and the development of professional burnout. The individual health of a teacher consists of many indicators that characterize his performance and the effectiveness of professional adaptation, which affects the functional state of the body, its productivity and vitality. The study of psychophysiological functions of the nervous system under the influence of professional activity has shown that the older the age and teaching experience of teachers, the lower the rates of attention, thinking, memory capacity. By the end of the educational period, the nervous system of teachers of the older age group turned out to be more resistant to stress, which may be evidence of their better adaptation compared to younger teachers. Diagnosis of teachers' emotional burnout found that males were more resilient than females. Male teachers have lower scores on emotional burnout than women, and some decrease with age. The following symptoms are typical for male teachers: anxiety and depression, inadequate selective emotional response, emotional and moral disorientation. For women teachers ˗ experiences of traumatic circumstances, anxiety and depression, inadequate selective emotional response, reduction of professional duties. It was found that already in the younger age group of teachers, the formation of phases of tension and resistance is observed in both women and men. There is an assumption that if emotional stress and professional burnout occurs earlier, then the rate of its development will be faster, which will negatively affect the health of teachers and the educational process in general.
