Показники та рівні професійного розвитку методистів районних (міських) методичних кабінетів (центрів) у вимірі сучасного суспільства

У статті проаналізовано науково-теоретичні здобутки щодо показників та рівнів професійного розвитку методистів районних (міських) методичних кабінетів (центрів). У ході проведеного дослідження було обґрунтовано показники та рівні професійного розвитку методистів районних (міських) методичних кабінетів (центрів) у процесі професіогенезу відповідно до критеріїв їхнього професійного розвитку – когнітивного, праксеологічного, мотиваційного, які на наш погляд найповніше розкривають сутність професійного розвитку в умовах неперервної післядипломної освіти у вимірі сучасного суспільства.

В статье проанализированы научно-теоретические достижения показателей и уровней профессионального развития методистов районных (городских) методических кабинетов (центров). В ходе проведенного исследования были обоснованы показатели и уровни профессионального развития методистов районных (городских) методических кабинетов (центров) в процессе профессиогенеза в соответствии с критериями их профессионального развития – когнитивного, праксеологического, мотивационного, которые на наш взгляд наиболее полностью раскрывают сущность профессионального развития в условиях непрерывного последипломного образования в измерении современного общества.

Theoretical achievements are analysed in relation to the indexes and levels of professional development of methodists of district (municipal) methodical cabinets (centers) in the article. Four levels of professional development of methodical workers of district (municipal) methodical cabinets (centers) have been studied: A creative (high) level is determined by the high degree of realization of importance of professional pedagogical activity; well developed, thorough, systematic knowledge, abilities, skills, a developed innovative ability to inculcate in the system of work innovative approaches, technologies, methods and receptions.
A design (sufficient) level exposes the reasons and aims of professional preparation that allows to define the significance for professional activity; possession of thorough and systematized knowledge and ability to apply them in professional activity; abilities to carry out control and evaluation of own professional activity that often is not a subject to adjustment. The main features of correcting (middle) level are the comprehension of reasons and aims of professional development does not allow to define their importance for professional activity; intermediate possession of professional knowledge, abilities and skills; middle level of communicative abilities; an insufficient confidence in own professional possibilities; partial absence of requirements in further improvement of professional activity. Reproductive (low) level is characteristed by the insufficiency of interest in professional activity; by predominance of pragmatic (external) reasons of professional activity; low evaluations of own professional activity; absence of requirements in further professional improvement. Thus, the determination of criteria and corresponding to them indexes has given the possibility to outline the concept of certain level of formation of professional development of methodists of district (municipal) methodical cabinets (centers). Further exploration in this direction will be the determination of methodologies for studying of professional development of methodical workers of district (municipal) methodical cabinets (centers).
