Підготовка майбутніх вихователів до здійснення процесу фізичного виховання дітей в умовах закладу дошкільної освіти

Стаття присвячена проблемі підготовки майбутніх вихователів до фізичного виховання дітей дошкільного
віку. Визначено психолого-педагогічні аспекти професійної підготовки студентів до формування у дошкільників основних
локомоцій і фізичних якостей, бажання піклуватися про власне здоров'я, займатися фізичною культурою і спортом.
Охарактеризовано функціональні обов‘язки вихователя закладу дошкільної освіти, підготовленого до навчання дітей життєво важливих рухів в сучасній професіограмі педагога. Визначено зміст педагогічних умінь фахівця дошкільного
виховання з урахуванням специфіки професійної діяльності.
Підтверджено ефективність запропонованої моделі поетапної підготовки студентів дошкільного виховання із
застосування адекватних меті та завданням навчання форм та методів.
Охарактеризовано професійні цінності вихователя закладу дошкільної освіти та обґрунтовано необхідність їх
цілеспрямованого формування в умовах закладу вищої освіти.
Теоретично обґрунтовано умови, які забезпечують ефективність процесу підготовки майбутніх вихователів
до формування у дошкільників основних локомоцій і фізичних якостей.

The article deals with the problem of training the future educators in physical education of children of preschool age.
The psychological and pedagogical aspects of the professional training of students for the formation of the main locomotive
and physical qualities in preschoolers, the desire to take care of their own health, to engage in physical education and sports have
been determined.
The basic skills and abilities of the educator have been defined which include: didactic skills – the ability to correctly design
the pedagogical process; the knowledge of principles, means, methods of teaching; use of tempering procedures during physical
exercises; academic skills – a creative search for new forms and methods of work; communicative skills – the ability to establish
good relationships with children, parents, colleagues; perceptive skills – the ability to look into the inner world of the child, to
recognize its state of health and mood from its eyes, gestures, behavior; expressive skills – the use of language, facial expressions,
gestures, as it is extremely important for the educator to use the speech brightly, figuratively, correctly and clearly; organisation skills
– the ability of the educator to organize and conduct walks, motor activity of children, leisure activities, holidays, etc., demonstrating
the professional competence and efficiency; gnostic skills – the teacher's ability to analyze the activities both of preschool children
and their own, which will allow him/her to adjust the strategy and tactics of education and upbringing of children if necessary;
suggestive skills – the ability to incite interest in physical training, healthy lifestyle, exercise gracefully and accurately; the stress
resistance is the teacher's ability to manage his or her emotions, activate the mechanism of self-regulation, exhibit endurance,
patience and composure in critical situations.
The conditions that ensure the effectiveness of the process of training the future educators for the formation of the main
locomotive and physical qualities in preschoolers have been theoretically substantiated.
