Організаційно-педагогічна технологія менеджменту спортивного клубу як умова ефективного управління фізкультурно-оздоровчою та спортивно-масовою роботою у вищому закладі освіти

У статті представлено аналіз сучасного стану організації фізичного виховання студентської молоді та їх
відношення до занять фізичною культурою. Проведений аналіз засвідчив, що удосконалення фізкультурно-оздоровчої та
спортивної роботи студентів можливо за умов створення різноманітних самоврядних студентських клубів з метою
реалізації їх інтересів та потреб у фізкультурно-оздоровчій діяльності.
У роботі розкриті основні напрямки діяльності спортивних клубів студентів, проаналізовані умови створення
та діяльності студентських спортивних клубів відомчої та громадської організаційно-правової форми,
охарактеризована організаційно-педагогічна технологія менеджменту студентського спортивного клубу як одна із умов
ефективного управління фізкультурно-оздоровчою та спортивно-масовою роботою у вищому закладі освіти.

The article presents the analysis of the sociological research held among the leading
professionals in physical training and sports, lecturers from higher education institutions in Kherson region, which determines that the
majority of professionals employed in physical training and sports believe that the organisation of physical training, recreational and
popular sports promotion among students is productive in independent sports clubs.
The review of up-to-date organisation of students and youth physical education and their attitude to physical education
classes has determined that functioning of various independent sports clubs providing opportunities for pursuing their interests and
demands in recreational and popular sport are of great significance for students.
The research clarifies the main area of focus for students‘ sports clubs, analyses the foundation of sports clubs in industrysponsored
and community ownership. It also analyses special characteristics and differences in the operation of sports clubs of
various organisational and legal background which are determined firstly by the form of ownership (public and private); secondly, the
diversity in sports club foundation (as part of educational institution or as an independent economic entity); thirdly, the special
characteristics of students‘ sports clubs operation (main financial sources).
The article characterises organisational and educational technology in students‘ sports club management as one of the
prerequisites for effective management in physical training, recreational and popular sports promotion work in higher education
institution. Whereas organisational part of technology determines the corresponding contextual part through particular organisational structures (meetings of founding members, development of statutory records, state registration, etc). Educational part of the
technology determines educational activities of the sports club which is characterised by carrying out physical training, recreational
and sports promotion work and also encouraging students and lecturers alike to manage students‘ sports club.
