Огляд основних кінезіотерапевтичних методик в фізичній терапії церебрального параліча

В статті окреслено проблему комплексного підходу з використання основних кінезіотерапевтичних методик в системі реабілітації церебрального параліча. Охарактеризовано такі методики кінезіотерапії, як фітбол-терапія, лікування положенням в вертикалізаторі, мобілізація суглобів, стретчінг-терапія щодо реабілітації дітей з органічним ураженням центральної нервової системи. В дослідженні спираємось на обґрунтовані фізіотерапевтичні функціональні тести та шкали GMFCS, MACS, Ашворда, Тардьє. Доведено, що завдання фізичного терапевта полягає в оптимальному рішенні для підбору методів терапії, з урахуванням особливостей функціонального стану дитини, його моторних здібностей, постановки цілей та завдань. Зазначено, що в терапії органічних уражень центральної нервової системи рухові порушення складають першочергову проблему, вирішення якої полягає в «лікуванні рухом», тобто кінезіотерапевтичними методиками.

The article outlines the problem of an integrated approach to the use of basic kinesiotherapy techniques in the system of rehabilitation of cerebral palsy. In the rehabilitation of cerebral palsy there is no one recommended effective method of therapy, the effectiveness is achieved by a combination of neurophysiological and physiotherapeutic techniques. In general, several concepts and author's integrated models of cerebral palsy rehabilitation are used. In Ukraine, one of the most common methods of physical therapy for children with organic lesions of the central nervous system, the concept of KB Bobat, V. Voit's concept, K. Semenova's method (DPK), V. Kozyavkin's method (SINF), A. Pete's method of conductive pedagogy. From socio-pedagogical methods use the system of Montessori, the method of G. Doman, the pedagogy of A. Pete.
Kinesiotherapy techniques such as fitball therapy, treatment with a position in the verticalizer, joint mobilization, stretching therapy for the rehabilitation of children with organic lesions of the central nervous system are described. The study is based on sound physiotherapy functional tests and scales GMFCS, MACS, Ashward, Tardier. It is proved that the task of a physical therapist is the optimal solution for the selection of methods of therapy, taking into account the peculiarities of the functional state of the child, his motor abilities, goal setting and objectives. One of the tasks of a physical therapist in the treatment of cerebral palsy is the formation of motor skills of the child, with mandatory adherence to the principles of ontogenetic sequence. It is advisable to adapt motor skills to the child's daily life. First of all, develop reactions of straightening and balance.
It is noted that in the treatment of organic lesions of the central nervous system, motor disorders are a primary problem, the solution of which is to "treat with movement", ie kinesiotherapy techniques.
