Педагогічні умови застосування фітнес-технологій на заняттях із фізичного виховання студентів

У статті визначено педагогічні умови застосування фітнес-технологій на заняттях із фізичного виховання студентів. Поняття «педагогічні умови» розуміємо як сукупність взаємопов’язаних чинників і процесів педагогічної системи дотримання яких забезпечить досягнення дидактичної мети освітнього процесу. До педагогічних умов застосування фітнес-технологій на заняттях із фізичного виховання студентів відносимо створення здоров’язбережувального освітнього середовища у закладах вищої педагогічної освіти; цілеспрямоване формування
мотивації студентів із застосуванням фітнес-технологій; удосконалення змісту навчальних занять із фізичного виховання засобами фітнес-технологій; урахування психолого-педагогічних і вікових особливостей студентського віку;
розвиток технологічної компетентності викладачів кафедр фізичного виховання. Реалізація розроблених педагогічних умов забезпечить успішну фізкультурно-оздоровчу діяльність студентів, дозволить доповнити зміст методичної
системи застосування фітнес-технологій на заняттях із фізичного виховання авторським баченням перспектив і можливостей подальшого розвитку, а також визначить її місце в освітньому процесі з фізичного виховання студентів.

The article defines the pedagogical conditions of application of fitness technologies in classes on physical education of
students. The concept of «pedagogical conditions» is understood as a set of interrelated factors and processes of the pedagogical
system of observance which will ensure the achievement of the didactic goal of the educational process. The implementation of the
developed pedagogical conditions is to clarify the regularities of the educational process of physical education, which ensures the
possibility of checking the results. By the pedagogical conditions of the use of fitness technologies in classes on the physical
education of students include the creation of a health-preserving educational environment in institutions of higher pedagogical
education; purposeful formation of students' motivation with the use of fitness technologies; improving the content of training
sessions on physical education by means of fitness technologies; taking into account the psychological and pedagogical and age-old
features of the student's age; development of technological competence of teachers of departments of physical education. The
implementation of the developed pedagogical conditions will ensure successful physical culture and recreation activity of students,
will allow to supplement the content of the methodical application of fitness technologies in physical education classes by the
author's vision of prospects and opportunities for further development, as well as determine its place in the educational process of
physical education of students in institutions of higher pedagogical education.
