Особливості психологічної підготовки кікбоксерів масових розрядів з урахуванням вагових категорій

У даній роботі визначено особливості психологічної підготовки в рівні реакцій антиципації та стандартизований метод дослідження особистості в кікбоксерів масових розрядів з урахуванням вагових категорій. В роботі досліджували рівень реакції антиципації та особистість спортсменів і проводився порівняльний аналіз показників між кікбоксерами масових розрядів з урахуванням вагових категорій. Дослідження проводилось на базі спортивного клубу «Тайфун», з участю кікбоксерів в кількості 30 спортсменів і які були поділені на три рівні групи. Із них 10 – І розряд (67кг), ІІ розряд (70кг) – 10 чоловік і ІІІ розряд (74кг) – 10 чоловік. Вік спортсменів – 10-13 років які знаходились на етапі попередньої базової підготовки. В результаті дослідження сенсомоторної сфери кікбоксерами масових розрядів з урахуванням вагових категорій, що під час тестування спортсмени перебували у високій спортивній формі.

This paper identifies the features of psychological training in the level of anticipation reactions and a standardized method of studying the personality of kickboxers of mass categories, taking into account weight categories. The study investigated the level of anticipation reaction and the personality of athletes and conducted a comparative analysis of indicators between kickboxers of mass categories, taking into account weight categories. The study was conducted on the basis of the sports club "Typhoon", with the participation of kickboxers in the number of 30 athletes and who were divided into three levels. Of these, 10 I category (67 kg), II category (70 kg) 10 people and III category (74 kg) 10 people. Age of athletes 10-13 years who were at the stage of preliminary basic training. As a result of the study of the sensorimotor sphere by kickboxers of mass discharges, taking into account the weight categories that the athletes were in high sports form during the testing. The results of the pedagogical experiment allowed to determine the current level of the state of six types of anticipation reactions and the tension of the sensorimotor sphere of kickboxers of mass discharges, taking into account weight categories. In the course of the study, there are a number of differences between the indicators of kickboxers of mass discharges, taking into account different weight categories. The result is "slow anticipation", "rapid anticipation" and "difficult anticipation", in which it is recorded that the representatives of the first category show a higher time than "slow anticipation with an obstacle", "rapid anticipation with an obstacle" and "difficult anticipation with an obstacle" . As a result of the study, it was found that among kickboxers of mass discharges, taking into account different weight categories, there are significant differences in the level of sensorimotor indicators. This indicates a higher level of training of athletes and the achievement of greater results in competitive activities. The growth of sportsmanship is determined by the formation of differences in certain personality traits of kickboxers of mass categories. This indicates that with the growth of sports achievements there is a decrease in the SMDO scale, which is interpreted as optimizing the perception of kickboxers of their sports activities and the harmoniously developed personality of athletes.
