Моніторинг стану здоров'я студентів І – ІІ курсів

Стаття присвячена проблемі збільшення рівня захворюваності серед студентської молоді. У статті проаналізовано стан здоров’я студентів педагогічного закладу вищої освіти. Мета дослідження – здійснити моніторинг та проаналізувати структуру захворюваності студентів І-ІІ курсів закладів вищої освіти протягом 2013 –2017 рр. за даними актів медичних обстежень.
Дане дослідження дозволило проаналізувати розподілстудентів на медичні групи та висвітлити кількість студентів з відхиленнями у стані здоров’я, а також поширеність різних груп захворювань серед студентської молоді.
Встановлено, що переважаюча кількість студентів, які скеровані до спеціальної медичної групи на І курсімаютьофтальмологічні захворювання, а на ІІ курсі – серцево-судинніта захворювання дихальної системи. Виявлено тенденцію до зростання числа студентів віднесених до підготовчої медичної групи.

The article is dedicated to the problem of increasing level of illnesses among students. The health condition of students from the pedagogical establishment and orientations to medical groups are analyzed in the article. The goal of the research is to provide monitoring and to analyze the structure of illnesses of I-II year students from higher education establishments during 2013-2017. The results of medical
examinations of 2177 I-year students and 1041 II-year students, in total 3218 acts were analyzed.
This research allows to analyze students’ distribution into medical groups. The main medical group contains 58.7%-74.5% of the total amount of orientations from the I-year students, compared to 51.5%-57.9% of the II-year students. The preparatory group contains 5.8%-9.9% of orientation (I-year) and 2.7%-16.1% (II-year). The special group has 12.9%-27.5% (I-year) and 18.9%-32.9%
(II-year).
It was discovered that vast majority of orientations to the special medical group of the I-year students is provided because of ophthalmologic diseases, of II-year students are cardiovascular and respiratory system diseases. There exists the tendency of
increasing amount of those students that are oriented to the preparatory medical group. That is why it is planned to elaboratetools of diseases prevention among students from preparatory group. The goal of such actions is creating appropriate corrections in the educational program.
Additionally, there are students that are free of physical education. The Drohobych State University’s students are oriented to additional examination. We can suppose that some of the reasons for additional examination could be:scarce of specialized
medical equipment, consulting with highly specialized specialists, students’ absence during planned periodical medical examinations.
Hence, our research confirmed scientifically data about systematic decreasing of the health level of the young generation.
