Стан фізичної підготовленості студентів факультету української та іноземної філології університету Григорія Сковороди в Переяславі

Мета – визначення особливостей фізичної підготовленості студентів філологічних спеціальностей та напрямів вдосконалення організаційно-методичних умов здійснення фізичної підготовки студентів. Методи: аналіз і узагальнення даних літературних джерел, систематизації, педагогічні методи дослідження (експеримент, тестування), методи математичної статистики. Дослідження проводилося на базі університету Григорія Сковороди в Переяславі зі студентами факультету української та іноземної філології. Результати. Стан фізичної підготовленості студентів дозволив визначити загальну тенденцію погіршення показників за період навчання, за переважною кількістю показників це було статистично достовірне погіршення. Висновки. Студентки першого курсу навчання мали статистично достовірно (р<0,05) кращі показники у порівнянні зі студентками другого курсу під час виконання всіх зазначених тестів, окрім тесту, що характеризує рівень прояву швидкості (біг 100 м.) та швидкісно-силові якості (стрибок в довжину з місця). На відміну від студенток, у учасників дослідження юнаків, статистично достовірні відмінності показників фізичної підготовленості студентів на різних курсах навчання спостерігались за всіма показниками, окрім тесту (біг 100 м.).

Based on the analysis of scientific and methodological literature and systematic analysis of best practices, the problems of the process of physical training of students of philological specialties are formed. Modernization, intensification of the learning process, mental saturation and insufficient amount of physical activity cause insufficient physical condition of the student body in general, as well as the emergence of various stressful situations, affecting the deterioration of their physical and mental health. The purpose is to determine the features of physical fitness of students of philological specialties and areas of improvement of organizational and methodological conditions of physical training of students. Methods: analysis and generalization of data from literature sources, systematization, pedagogical research methods (experiment, testing), methods of mathematical statistics. The study was conducted at the University of Hryhoriy Skovoroda in Pereyaslav with students of the Faculty of Ukrainian and Foreign Philology. Results. The state of physical fitness of students allowed to determine the general trend of deterioration of indicators during the period of study, the predominant number of indicators was a statistically significant deterioration. According to the results of motor tests, there is a general trend of deterioration of results during the training period. Conclusions. First-year students had statistically significantly (p <0.05) better performance compared to second-year students when performing all these tests, except for the test that characterizes the level of speed (running 100 m) and speedstrength qualities (jump in length from place). In contrast to female students, the participants in the study of young men, statistically significant differences in indicators of physical fitness of students in different courses of study were observed for all indicators, except for the test "100 m run". The main directions of improving the process of physical education of students of philological specialties are determined.
