Суб’єкти управління виховною роботою у вищому педагогічному навчальному закладі України (друга половина ХХ – початок ХХІ століття)

У статті розглядається проблема організації управління виховною роботою у вищих педагогічних навчальних закладах України. Аналіз наукової літератури дав можливість дійти висновку, що дослідження функціональних особливостей суб’єктів управління виховною роботою у вищих педагогічних навчальних закладах України, починаючи з другої половини ХХ століття до нашого часу, є необхідним для визначення накопиченого позитивного досвіду та окреслення пріоритетних орієнтирів подальшого розвитку організації процесу управління вихованням студентської молоді у вищій школі України.

В статье рассматривается проблема организации управления воспитательной работой в высших педагогических учебных заведениях Украины. Анализ научной литературы дал возможность прийти к выводу, что исследование функциональных особенностей субъектов управления воспитательной работой в высших педагогических учебных заведениях Украины, начиная со второй половины ХХ столетия до нашего времени, есть необходимым для определения накопленного положительного опыта и очерчивания приоритетных ориентиров дальнейшего развития организации процесса управления воспитанием студенческой молодежи в высшей школе Украины.

The article focuses on the problem of management’s organization of upbringing work in higher pedagogical educational institution of Ukraine. The analysis of scientific literature made it possible to conclude that in order to outline the priority guidelines for the further development of management’s organization for the upbringing of student youth in the higher school of Ukraine, it is necessary to study the functional features of the subjects of management of upbringing work in higher pedagogical educational institution of Ukraine, in accordance with the established stages of development of the management of upbringing work in higher pedagogical educational institutions of Ukraine (the second half of XX – beginning of XXI century): I stage (1958-1990) – the stage of formation of management of upbringing work in high school in Ukraine; II stage (1991-2013) – the stage of reforming of management of future teacher’s upbringing in higher educational institutions of Ukraine; III stage (from 2014 to present) – the stage of stabilization of management of upbringing work in higher pedagogical educational institutions of Ukraine.
The results of the study of the genesis of management of upbringing work in higher pedagogical educational institution of Ukraine (the second half of XX – beginning of XXI century) allowed to determine the accumulated positive experience of the subjects of management in the upbringing of student youth at each stage of the development of the management in high school: I stage (1958-1990) – coordinated work of representatives of the mechanism of management of the system of upbringing of student youth in high school with the aim of implementing a comprehensive idea of the development of society; ІІ stage (1991-2013) – the humanization of the process of management of upbringing work in higher pedagogical educational institution through the development of subject-subject relations between participants in the upbringing process in higher school; ІІІ stage (from 2014 to present) – development of autonomy of subjects of management for the upbringing of student youth in higher pedagogical educational institutions. Defining and substantiating the organizational and pedagogical principles of management of upbringing work in higher pedagogical educational institution of Ukraine (the second half of XX – beginning of XXI century) are the prospects of further scientific research.
