Принципи підготовки учителя фізичного виховання до інноваційної професійної діяльності

У даній статті проведено аналіз наукової літератури з питань інноваційної професійної діяльності учителя
фізичного виховання. Визначено принципи підготовки учителя фізичного виховання до інноваційної професійної
діяльності, а саме: принцип мотивації, принцип інноваційних знань, принцип єдності традицій і новаторства, принцип
прогнозування та моделювання та принцип креативності. Визначені принципи дозволяють охарактеризувати процес
професійної діяльності учителя фізичного виховання як систему досягнення цілей навчально-виховного процесу з
фізичного виховання у загальноосвітніх школах. Дотримання запропонованих принципів є необхідним для ефективної
професійної підготовки учителя фізичного виховання та його інноваційної професійної діяльності.

In this article an analysis of the scientific literature on the issues of innovative professional activity of the teacher of
physical education has been conducted. In today's society, the effectiveness of the activity of the teacher of physical education
depends to a large extent on the effectiveness of the introduction of innovative technologies in the educational process.
The use of innovative technologies by the teacher of physical education involves the inclusion in the curricula of new
teaching methods, methods, methods, planning and organization, monitoring, adjustment of assessment of educational activities that
will contribute to the effective formation of the culture of teaching activity. The use of educational technology by teachers of physical
education of innovative technologies facilitates training, activating thinking, the possibility of choosing various forms and means of
assimilating information. We consider innovative teaching technologies as a form of obtaining knowledge and as a process of
development of creative abilities of the individual, which makes it possible to transform knowledge into a part of personal formation
and consciousness of the individual.
The principles of training of the teacher of physical education for innovative professional activity are determined, namely:
the principle of motivation, the principle of innovative knowledge, the principle of unity of traditions and innovation, the principle of
forecasting and modeling and the principle of creativity.
The established principles allow us to characterize the process of professional activity of the teacher of physical
education as a system for achieving the goals of the educational process of physical education in secondary schools.
Observance of the proposed principles is necessary for effective professional training of the teacher of physical
education and his innovative professional activities.
