Педагогічні умови підвищення ефективності вогневої підготовки курсантів закладів вищої освіти із специфічними умовами навчання

У статті здійснено теоретичне обґрунтування педагогічних умов підвищення ефективності вогневої підготовки курсантів закладів вищої освіти із специфічними умовами навчання. Визначено й теоретично обґрунтовано систему взаємопов’язаних педагогічних умов, що передбачає: формування стійкої професійної мотивації курсантів; інтеграцію вогневої, тактичної та психологічної підготовки; використання сценарно-ситуативного навчання; упровадження сучасних цифрових і тренажерних засобів навчання; здійснення безперервного педагогічного моніторингу та індивідуалізації освітнього процесу. Запропоновані педагогічні умови утворюють інтегровану систему, спрямовану на вдосконалення професійного навчання майбутніх правоохоронців та підвищення рівня готовності до виконання службових завдань. Перспективи подальших наукових досліджень вбачаємо в розробленні методики реалізації запропонованих педагогічних умов та експериментальній перевірці їх ефективності в освітньому процесі закладів вищої освіти із специфічними умовами навчання.

The article addresses the topical issue of enhancing the effectiveness of firearms training for cadets at higher education institutions with specific learning conditions in the context of contemporary requirements for the professional training of specialists in Ukraine's security and defence sector. It is substantiated that the effectiveness of firearms training is determined by a set of interrelated pedagogical factors that ensure the development of future law enforcement officers' professional readiness for the lawful, safe, and effective use of firearms while performing official duties. The purpose of the study is to provide a theoretical substantiation of the pedagogical conditions for enhancing the effectiveness of firearms training for cadets at higher education institutions with specific learning conditions. To achieve this objective, the study employed an analysis of contemporary scientific literature, a synthesis of theoretical approaches to the professional training of future law enforcement officers, and a systematisation of practical experience in organising firearms training. The study identifies and theoretically substantiates a system of interrelated pedagogical conditions, including the development of sustainable professional motivation among cadets to master firearms training, the integration of firearms, tactical, and psychological training, the application of scenario-based learning through the simulation of real-life service situations, the implementation of modern digital and simulation-based training technologies, and the introduction of continuous pedagogical monitoring combined with the individualisation of the educational process. It has been established that these pedagogical conditions constitute an integrated system aimed at improving the professional training of future law enforcement officers, developing their professional competence, fostering readiness to make well-grounded decisions under high-risk conditions, and enhancing the quality of performance in official duties.
The practical significance of the study lies in the possibility of applying the proposed pedagogical conditions to improve the educational process at higher education institutions with specific learning conditions.
