Теоретичний аналіз суб’єктів професійної діяльності у сфері фізичної культури і спорту

У статті здійснено теоретичний аналіз нормативно-правових документів, професійних стандартів і наукових підходів щодо визначення сутності понять «фахівець у сфері фізичної культури і спорту» та «майбутній фахівець». Проаналізовано законодавчі акти України, що регламентують функціонування сфери фізичної культури і спорту. Визначено, що сучасні суспільні виклики, пов’язані зі збереженням здоров’я населення, популяризацією здорового способу життя, реабілітацією ветеранів війни та осіб з інвалідністю, актуалізують проблему якісної професійної підготовки фахівців галузі. У дослідженні розкрито зміст поняття «фахівець» у науковій та довідковій літературі, охарактеризовано основні напрями професійної діяльності фахівців сфери фізичної культури і спорту. На основі аналізу ДК 003:2010 «Класифікатор професій» встановлено, що провідне місце серед суб’єктів професійної діяльності посідають учитель фізичної культури, тренер і викладач закладу вищої освіти.

The article presents a theoretical analysis of regulatory documents, professional standards, and scientific approaches regarding the definition of the concepts "specialist in the field of physical culture and sports" and "future specialist". The legislative acts of Ukraine regulating the sphere of physical culture and sports have been analyzed, specifically the Constitution of Ukraine, the Laws of Ukraine "On Physical Culture and Sports," "On Education," "On the Public Health System," and "On Rehabilitation in Healthcare," as well as the Strategy for the Development of Physical Culture and Sports for the period up to 2028. It has been determined that contemporary societal challenges-related to preserving public health, promoting a healthy lifestyle, and rehabilitating war veterans and persons with disabilities-highlight the importance of high-quality professional training for specialists in the field. The study examines the concept of a "specialist" as defined in academic and reference literature and characterizes the primary areas of professional activity for specialists in the field of physical culture and sports. Based on an analysis of the Classification of Occupations (DK 003:2010) and the Handbook of Qualification Characteristics of Employee Occupations (Issue 85: "Sports Activities"), the study systematizes occupations within the physical culture and sports sector and identifies the main groups of professional activity. It has been established that physical education teachers, coaches, and higher education instructors occupy a leading position among professionals in this field. The content of their professional activities, work functions, and competencies has been analyzed in accordance with professional standards. The importance of the professional training of future specialists in physical culture and sports is substantiated, taking into account modern societal needs and strategic priorities for the development of education, healthcare, and the physical culture and sports sector.
