Ґендерні особливості мотиваційних чинників досягнення успіху в пізній юності

Дисертація присвячена теоретичному та емпіричному дослідженню специфіки прояву ґендерних особливостей мотиваційних чинників досягнення успіху в пізній юності. Актуальність теми дисертації визначається як її соціальною значущістю та специфікою у реаліях сьогодення, так і недостатнім дослідженням саме ґендерних особливостей мотиваційних чинників досягнення успіху на етапі навчання в закладах вищої освіти. Проблема успішності у психологічній науці є багатогранною та має широке поле для дослідження. Особливий інтерес викликає дослідження мотиваційних чинників юнацтва як базових щодо формування успішності особистості в подальшому житті. Малодослідженим залишається виявлення ґендерних відмінностей у мотиваційних чинниках досягнення успіху. Практичне значення отриманих результатів полягає у тому, що обґрунтований нами набір психодіагностичних методик може бути використаний фахівцями-психологами для визначення особливостей мотиваційних чинників досягнення успіху. Розроблена й апробована психорозвивальна програма буде ефективною у роботі практичних психологів, зокрема, психологів закладів вищої освіти, для досягнення оптимального рівня розвитку у молоді мотиваційних чинників на шляху до досягнення життєвого успіху .

The dissertation is devoted to the theoretical-empirical study of gender specific motivational factors for achieving success in late youth. The relevance of the dissertation topic is determined both by its social significance and specificity in the realities of today, and by the insufficient study of gender peculiarities of motivational factors for achieving success at the stage of studying in higher education institutions. The problem of success in psychological science is multifaceted and has a wide field for research. Of particular interest is the study of the motivational factors of youth as basic for the formation of personality success in later life. The identification of gender differences in the motivational factors of success remains poorly understood. The practical significance of the results obtained is that the package of psychodiagnostic methods substantiated by us can be used by psychologists to determine the characteristics of motivational factors for success. The developed and tested psycho-developmental program will be effective in the work of practical psychologists, in particular, psychologists of higher education institutions, to achieve the optimal level of development of motivational factors in young people on the way to achieving life success. At the same time, we realize that the study does not exhaust all aspects of this problem. In particular, the problem of overcoming the negative impact of gender stereotypes on the motivation to succeed among modern youth requires attention.
