Формування у молодших школярів здатності долати конфлікти в освітньому процесі засобами інтерактивних технологій

У дисертації висвітлено результати теоретичного й експериментального дослідження проблеми формування у молодших школярів здатності конструктивно долати конфлікти в освітньому процесі із застосуванням інтерактивних технологій у педагогічній теорії та практиці. Наукова новизна результатів полягає в тому, що вперше: теоретично обґрунтовано та розроблено організаційно-педагогічну модель формування у молодшого школяра здатності долати конфлікти засобами інтерактивних технологій яка складається з: мети, завдань, наукових підходів, основних принципів формування здатності долати конфлікти, змісту, педагогічних умов, етапів педагогічної роботи, методів, засобів, компонентів, показників, рівнів та результату сформованості здатності долати конфлікти у молодшого школяра засобами інтерактивних технологій; уточнено сутність і структурні компоненти здатності молодших школярів до подолання конфліктів (когнітивний, емоційно-ціннісний, поведінковий); визначено критерії та рівні сформованості здатності долати конфлікти; розроблено модель формування здатності долати конфлікти засобами інтерактивних технологій; обґрунтовано педагогічні умови (готовність вчителя до медіативних практик; створення безпечного освітнього середовища; систематичне використання рольових ігор, симуляцій та кейс-методів; залучення батьків до формування культури миротворчості); подальшого розвитку набули наукові уявлення про використання інтерактивних технологій у початковій освіті як засобу формування соціально-комунікативних компетентностей; уточнено сутність понять «конфлікт», «конфліктна поведінка», «здатність до подолання конфліктів»; набули подальшого розвитку наукові уявлення про сутність та особливості використання інтерактивних технологій у початковій школі для формування у молодшого школяра здатності долати конфлікти.

The dissertation highlights the results of theoretical and experimental research on the problem of forming in primary school students the ability to constructively resolve conflicts in the educational process through the use of interactive technologies in pedagogical theory and practice. The scientific novelty of the results lies in the fact that, for the first time: an organizational and pedagogical model for forming in primary school students the ability to resolve conflicts by means of interactive technologies has been theoretically substantiated and developed, which consists of goals, objectives, scientific approaches, basic principles of forming the ability to resolve conflicts, content, pedagogical conditions, stages of pedagogical work, methods, means, components, indicators, levels, and the result of the formation of the ability to resolve conflicts in primary school students by means of interactive technologies; the essence and structural components of the ability of primary school students to resolve conflicts (cognitive, emotional-value, behavioral) have been clarified; criteria and levels of formation of the ability to resolve conflicts have been defined; a model for forming the ability to resolve conflicts by means of interactive technologies has been developed; pedagogical conditions have been substantiated (teacher readiness for mediation practices; creation of a safe educational environment; systematic use of role-playing games, simulations, and case methods; involvement of parents in forming a culture of peacebuilding); scientific ideas about the use of interactive technologies in primary education as a means of forming socio-communicative competencies have been further developed; the essence of the concepts “conflict,” “conflict behavior,” and “ability to resolve conflicts” has been clarified; scientific ideas about the essence and features of using interactive technologies in primary school for forming in primary school students the ability to resolve conflicts have been further developed.
