Організаційно-педагогічні засади тренерської діяльності у підготовці ветеранів війни до занять спортом

У статті обґрунтовано організаційно-педагогічні засади тренерської діяльності у підготовці ветеранів війни до занять спортом. Показано, що робота тренера з ветеранами має виходити за межі стандартного спортивного підходу, оскільки поєднує педагогічну підтримку, адаптацію фізичного навантаження, формування мотивації, комунікативну безпеку та міждисциплінарну взаємодію. Визначено зміст підготовки ветеранів до спорту. Це поетапний процес, який включає первинне оцінювання можливостей, адаптацію до тренувального середовища, засвоєння техніки рухових дій, формування самоконтролю та поступове включення у спортивну спільноту. Встановлено ключові умови ефективної тренерської діяльності: безбар’єрність середовища, індивідуалізація навантаження, травма-інформований стиль комунікації, педагогічний моніторинг і розвиток суб’єктності ветерана.

The article substantiates the organizational and pedagogical principles of coaching activity in preparing war veterans for sports participation. The relevance of the problem is determined by the rapid expansion of veteran sport in Ukraine, the increasing demand for adaptive physical activity programs, and the lack of unified pedagogical standards for coaches who work with veterans. It is emphasized that coaching in this context cannot be reduced to the technical correction of movements or the mechanical selection of exercises. It should be considered as a complex pedagogical process aimed at restoring confidence in movement, creating a safe educational environment, supporting autonomy, developing self-regulation skills, and gradually integrating veterans into a sports community. The purpose of this article is to provide a theoretical justification for the organizational and pedagogical foundations of coaching in preparing war veterans for sports activities and to develop a training protocol that takes into account the physical, psychological, social, and motivational characteristics of veterans. The study is based on theoretical analysis, synthesis, comparison, generalization, structural modeling, and content analysis of scientific literature, legal documents, and practical materials on adaptive sports, rehabilitation, physical activity, trauma-informed coaching, and veteran reintegration. The article identifies the main organizational conditions of effective coaching: accessibility of the training environment, interdisciplinary cooperation, preliminary assessment of functional and psycho-emotional readiness, individualized load planning, risk management, and continuous monitoring of progress. The pedagogical foundations include humanistic orientation, adult learning principles, competence-based training, inclusive communication, motivational support, and trauma-informed interaction. A staged algorithm of preparing veterans for sports is proposed. It includes diagnostic and orientation, adaptation, training and formative, and social-sport integration stages. The article argues that sport becomes meaningful for veterans when it is not imposed as a therapeutic obligation but is experienced as a controlled, understandable, and personally significant activity that restores agency, bodily confidence, social connection, and long-term motivation for an active lifestyle.
