Шляхи розвитку креативного мислення майбутніх офіцерів в процесі занять обраним видом єдиноборств: теоретичний аспект

У статті теоретично обґрунтовано вплив занять єдиноборствами на формування гнучкості мислення майбутніх офіцерів Служби безпеки України. Визначено, що в умовах гібридних воєн та асиметричних загроз професійна діяльність вимагає здатності до прийняття нестандартних рішень, що виходить за межі традиційної техніко-тактичної підготовки. Існує протиріччя між необхідністю когнітивного розвитку та існуючими моделями фізичної та спеціальної фізичної підготовки. Метою роботи є визначення шляхів інтеграції креативних технологій у процес спеціальної фізичної підготовки. Застосовано системний підхід, педагогічне моделювання, логічні методи та теоретичний аналіз. Запропоновано трикомпонентну модель розвитку креативності (когнітивний, операційний, особистісний компоненти). Виокремлено ключові педагогічні умови: варіативність завдань, моделювання стресових факторів, тактичний аналіз та ігрові методи. Встановлено теоретичні залежності між структурою рухової діяльності, нейропластичністю мозку та когнітивними процесами. Доведено, що креативне мислення функціонально залежить від спеціальної організації навчально-тренувального процесу. Результати дослідження спрямовано на оптимізацію підготовки майбутніх офіцерів для дій в екстремальних умовах службово-бойової (оперативної) діяльності та збереження життя особового складу. На наступних етапах дослідження пріоритетним завданням стане перехід від теоретичного моделювання до емпіричного обґрунтування запропонованих підходів безпосередньо в освітньому середовищі підготовки майбутніх офіцерських кадрів для потреб Служби безпеки України.

The article provides a theoretical substantiation of the impact of martial arts training on developing thinking flexibility in future Security Service of Ukraine officers under contemporary conditions. It is established that in the context of hybrid warfare and asymmetric threats, professional activity requires the ability to make non-standard decisions, exceeding the limits of traditional technical-tactical training and standard action algorithms. A contradiction exists between the necessity for cognitive development and existing models of physical and special physical training, which often ignore the psychophysiological potential of martial arts and reduce the educational and training process to a purely biomechanical plane. The purpose of the work is to identify pathways for integrating creative technologies into the special physical training process and enhancing its effectiveness. The study employs a systematic approach, pedagogical modeling, logical methods, and theoretical analysis of scientific-methodological sources. A three-component model of creativity development is proposed, encompassing cognitive, operational, and personal components that are closely interrelated. It is proven that creative thinking functionally depends on the specialized organization of the educational and training process, where the acyclicity of movements acts as a catalyst for changes and the formation of new neural connections. The research results are aimed at optimizing the training of future Security Service of Ukraine officers for actions in extreme conditions of service-combat (operational) activities, increasing stress resistance levels, and preserving personnel lives. The scientific novelty lies in revealing the mechanisms of transforming applied motor activity into an officer's cognitive flexibility under extreme conditions. At subsequent research stages, the priority task will be transitioning from theoretical modeling to empirical substantiation of the proposed approaches directly within the educational environment for training future officer cadres for the Security Service of Ukraine, aiming to validate the methodology's effectiveness and further implement it into the educational process of higher education institutions with specific learning conditions.
