Формування образу “Я-професійного” у студентів авіаційних спеціальностей

Дисертація присвячена вивченню формування образу “Я-професійного” у студентів авіаційних спеціальностей. У дисертаційному дослідженні здійснено науково-теоретичний аналіз та емпіричне дослідження формування образу "Я-професійного” у студентів авіаційних спеціальностей та психологічних чинників, що зумовлюють його розвиток. Наукова новизна одержаних результатів дослідження полягає в тому, що: вперше: визначено поняття “образу “Я-професійного” у студентів авіаційних спеціальностей; виявлено та структуровано змістові характеристики образу “Я-професійного” майбутніх авіафахівців, визначено його компонентну складову (когнітивний, емоційно-оцінний, поведінковий компоненти); визначено критерії (самосвідомість, особистісна рефлексивність, самооцінка та рівень домагань, самоставлення, емоційна врівноваженість, саморегуляція, готовність до дій), показники (професійна самоідентифікація, “діяльне Я”, “рефлексивне Я”, “соціальне Я”, “комунікативне Я”, рефлексивність, ретроспективна рефлексія діяльності, ситуативна і проспективна рефлексії, рефлексія спілкування, рівень самооцінки, рівень домагань, різниця між рівнем самооцінки та рівнем домагань, самоповага, аутосимпатія, самоприниження, рівень прояву емоційної врівноваженості, загальний рівень саморегуляції, планування, моделювання, програмування, оцінювання результатів, гнучкість, самостійність, готовність до ризику, раціональність), рівні (високий, середній, низький) та недостатню динаміку розвитку образу “Я-професійний” впродовж професійної підготовки у закладі вищої освіти; визначено та доведено психологічні чинники, що зумовлюють формування образу “Я-професійний” у студентів авіаційних спеціальностей (інтегральний локус контролю, досягнута позитивна ідентичність, хороша нервово-психічна стійкість, внутрішня мотивація, дисциплінарна відповідальність і раціональність); теоретично обгрунтовано модель, створено, апробовано та доведено ефективність програми формування образу “Я-професійний” у студентів авіаційних спеціальностей в процесі їх професійної підготовки; поглиблено, розширено та доповнено: методичне забезпечення психодіагностичного вивчення образу “Я-професійний” у студентів авіаційних спеціальностей; засоби та техніки формування образу “Я-професійний” у майбутніх авіафахівців; набули подальшого розвитку: поняття образ “Я-професійний” у майбутніх авіафахівців із врахуванням специфіки психологічних чинників розвитку; наукові уявлення про процес становлення професійної самосвідомості студентів у галузі авіації, зростання вимог до безпеки польотів і модернізації авіаційної освіти.

The dissertation is devoted to the study of the formation of the “professional self-image” in students of aviation specialities. The research includes a scientific and theoretical analysis as well as an empirical investigation of the formation of the “professional self-image” in students of aviation specialities and the psychological factors that determine its development. The scientific novelty of the obtained results lies in the following: For the first time, the concept of the “professional self” image in students of aviation specialties was defined; the content characteristics of the “professional self” image of future aviation specialists were identified and structured; its component structure was determined, including cognitive, emotional-evaluative, and behavioural components. The criteria (self-awareness, personal reflectivity, self-esteem and level of aspirations, self-attitude, emotional stability, self-regulation, readiness for action), indicators (professional self-identification, “active self,” “reflective self,” “social self,” “communicative self,” reflectivity, retrospective reflection on activities, situational and prospective reflection, communication reflection, self-esteem level, level of aspirations, the difference between self-esteem and aspirations, self-respect, auto-sympathy, self-deprecation, level of emotional stability, overall self-regulation, planning, modeling, programming, evaluation of results, flexibility, independence, risk readiness, rationality), and levels (high, medium, low) were determined, and the insufficient dynamics of the “professional self” image development during professional training at a higher education institution were revealed. Furthermore, the psychological factors influencing the formation of the “professional self” image in students of aviation specialties were identified and confirmed, including internal locus of control, achieved positive identity, good neuropsychological stability, intrinsic motivation, disciplinary responsibility, and rationality. The model of the formation of the “professional self” image was theoretically substantiated, and the program for its development was designed, tested, and its effectiveness in the process of professional training of aviation students was empirically confirmed; deepened, expanded and supplemented: methodological support for psychodiagnostic study of the ‘professional self’ image in aviation students; means and techniques for forming the ‘professional self’ image in future aviation specialists; further developed: the concept of the ‘professional self’ image in future aviation specialists, taking into account the specifics of psychological factors of development; scientific ideas about the process of forming professional self-awareness of students in the field of aviation, increasing flight safety requirements and modernisation of aviation education.
