Організаційно-педагогічні умови виховання рішучості, цілеспрямованості та самовладання засобами фізичної культури

У даній статті розкрито зміст організаційно-педагогічних умов виховання рішучості, цілеспрямованості та самовладання засобами фізичної культури. Встановлено, що для ефективного виховання морально-вольових якостей (рішучості, цілеспрямованості, самовладання) у процесі фізичного виховання необхідно створити умови, які розкривають конкретні механізми виховного впливу фізичної культури на становлення морально-вольової сфери особистості. До таких умов належать: організаційно-педагогічна умова «Цілеспрямоване планування уроків фізичної культури та спортивно-оздоровчої діяльності з акцентом на розвиток вольової регуляції особистості старшокласника»; організаційно-педагогічна умова «Створення мотиваційного середовища, що стимулює активність і ініціативність старшокласників у процесі спортивно-оздоровчої діяльності»; організаційно-педагогічна умова «Організація спортивно-оздоровчої діяльності у змінних та психологічно складних умовах»; організаційно-педагогічна умова «Особистісно зорієнтована взаємодія педагога з учнями». Організаційно-педагогічна умова «Рефлексивний супровід фізичного виховання».

This article reveals the content of the organizational and pedagogical conditions for the education of determination, purposefulness and self-control by means of physical culture. It has been established that for the effective education of moral and volitional qualities (determination, purposefulness, self-control) in the process of physical education, it is necessary to create conditions that reveal specific mechanisms of the educational influence of physical culture on the formation of the moral and volitional sphere of the personality. These conditions include: the organizational and pedagogical condition "Focus on planning physical education classes and the sports and health process with an emphasis on the development of volitional regulation of the high school student's personality." To cultivate moral and volitional qualities, it is important that the content and structure of physical education lessons and sports and recreation activities are aimed not only at achieving motor perfection, but also at creating conditions for psychological tension, the need to make decisions, and overcome difficulties.); organizational and pedagogical condition "Creating a motivational environment that stimulates the activity and initiative of high school students in the process of sports and recreation activities" (Content of the condition.
