Характеристика стану біогеометричного профілю постави молодших школярів із депривацією слуху

У статті схарактеризовано стан біогеометричного профілю постави дітей 6–10 років із депривацією слуху у
процесі фізичного виховання спеціальної школи-інтернат. Мета дослідження – визначити стан біогеометричного
профілю постави дітей 6–10 років із депривацією слуху спеціальної школи-інтернат. Результати дослідження: на
основі порівняльного аналізу стану біогеометричного профілю постави дітей 6–10 років із депривацією слуху з їхніми
здоровими ровесниками визначено, що діти молодшого шкільного віку із депривацією слуху за такими показниками
статистично достовірно поступаються (р < 0,05) здоровим одноліткам. Висновок: порушення постави є
детермінантою показників біогеометричного профілю постави дітей 6–10 років із депривацією слуху, що підтверджено
результатами непараметричного дисперсійного аналізу Краскела-Уолліса на рівні значущості р < 0,05.

The analysis of literary sources suggests that in children with hearing deprivation, as secondary deviations,
often form different types of posture impairment both in the frontal and sagittal plane. The purpose of the research is to determine
and characterize the state of the biogeometric profile of the posture of children 6-10 years old with hearing deprivation of a special
boarding school. Research methods: visual screening using an improved map of express control of the posture (R. Bibyk, V.
Kashuba, N. Nosova, 2012) to determine the status level of the biogeometric profile of children 6-10 years old with hearing
deprivation; photographing the type of posture of such children; methods of mathematical statistics. Organization: 139 pupils from 6
to 10 years with hearing deprivation participated in the qualitative experiment: 73 boys and 66 girls and 186 their healthy peers.
Results of the study: in the course of the confirmatory experiment it was established: 34,5% of the children under examination,
aged 6-10 years, with hearing deprivation, have no postures disturbances – normal posture. Most often, children with hearing
deprivation have violations of the biogeometric profile of posture in the sagittal plane – 44,6%; in the frontal plane, the scoliosis was
determined in 20,8% of children with hearing deprivation. Based on the comparative analysis of the state of the biogeometric profile
of children 6-10 years old with hearing deprivation with their healthy peers, it was determined that children of junior school age with
hearing deprivation on such indices are statistically significantly lower (p < 0,05) than healthy peers. Conclusion: postural
disturbances are a determinant of the biogeometric profile of children 6-10 years old with hearing deprivation, which is confirmed by
the results of the nonparametric dispersion analysis of Kraskele-Wallis at the level of significance p < 0,05.
