Про поведінку функції в околі точки локального екстремуму

У статті наведені результати про поведінку сум степеневих рядів в околах точок локального екстремуму та контрприклади, що спростовують інтуїтивні уявлення про поведінку достатньо гладких функцій в околах таких точок.

This article contains the results on the behavior of the power series sums in the local extreme point neighborhood and the counterexamples for the intuitive ideas on this behavior in the case of the sufficiently smooth functions.
