Застосування міжнародної класифікації функціонування, обмежень життєдіяльності та здоров’я у реабілітації хворих з остеоартрозом

Abstract

В оглядовій статті проаналізовано сучасні літературні та інформаційні джерела щодо організації реабілітації хворих на остеоартроз. Встановлено, що ефективна реабілітаційна допомога формується через реабілітаційний діагноз, що базується на діагностичних стандартах, МКХ-10 та МКФ. МКФ дозволяє оцінити функціонування людини в суспільстві незалежно від причин ураження та фізичних особливостей і визначити пріоритетні проблемні домени. Постановка цілей реабілітації та розробка плану реабілітаційних заходів здійснюється мультидисциплінарною командою з урахуванням індивідуальних потреб пацієнта. Мета дослідження – узагальнити науково-методичні дані щодо організації реабілітаційного втручання на основі МКФ. Матеріал і методи: проведено теоретичний аналіз і огляд науково-методичної літератури за допомогою пошукових баз Інтернету.This review article presents an analysis of current literature and informational sources regarding the organization of rehabilitation for patients with knee osteoarthritis. It has been established that effective rehabilitation care is based on the formulation of a rehabilitation diagnosis, which relies on diagnostic standards, the 11th revision of the International Classification of Diseases (ICD-11), and the International Classification of Functioning, Disability and Health (ICF). The ICF provides a framework for assessing human functioning in society regardless of the underlying cause of impairment or individual physical characteristics, allowing the identification of priority problem domains. The formulation of rehabilitation goals and the development of a tailored rehabilitation plan are carried out by a multidisciplinary team, ensuring that interventions are patient-centered and aligned with the individual needs of each patient. Objective: The study aims to summarize and systematize scientific and methodological literature concerning the organization of rehabilitation interventions based on the ICF. Materials and methods: To achieve this objective, a theoretical analysis and review of scientific and methodological sources were conducted using Internet-based databases. The analysis focused on identifying key principles and approaches to rehabilitation planning, the role of the ICF in clinical practice, and methods for assessing functional limitations and participation restrictions in patients with osteoarthritis. The findings highlight the importance of applying standardized diagnostic and classification frameworks in clinical rehabilitation practice, which facilitates the accurate determination of functional impairments, promotes targeted therapeutic interventions, and supports comprehensive, individualized rehabilitation strategies. The use of the ICF framework ensures that rehabilitation is not limited to physical recovery alone but also addresses activity limitations, participation restrictions, and environmental factors affecting patient functioning.
