Фізичне виховання дітей з вадами зору в системі соціалізації, адаптації та інтеграції

У статті приводяться результати експериментально-педагогічних досліджень з впливу фізичних навантажень, а також викладаються методичні прийоми фізичного виховання в системі соціальної адаптації та інтеграції дітей з порушенням зору. Активні заняття фізичними вправами дозволяють частково компенсувати відсутність у сліпих зору, дякуючи значному удосконаленню мускульно-рухових відчуттів і функцій інших аналізаторів. Систематичні заняття фізичними вправами покращують здоров'я людини, одночасно сприяють виправленню і координації рухів, постави, ходи, розвитку фізичних здібностей, вихованню морально-вольових якостей, соціалізації та інтеграції в суспільство.

В статье приводятся результаты експериментально-педагогичных исследований влияния физических нагрузок, а также излагаются методические приемы физического воспитания в системе социальной адаптации детей с нарушением зрения. Активные занятия физическими упражнениями позволяют частично компенсировать отсутствие у слепых зрение, благодаря значительному усовершенствованию мускульно-двигательных ощущений и функций других анализаторов. Систематические занятия физическими упражнениями улучшают здоровье человека, одновременно содействуют исправлению и координации движений, походки, развития физических способностей, воспитанию нравственно-волевых качеств, социализации и интеграции в общество.

The article gives the results of experimental-pedagogical research. Techniques of physical education in the system of social adaptation of the deaf children are presented. Researchers in the field of physical training took away great attention to corporal exercises, gymnastics with shells, to gymnastic breath, employment on a bicycle were recommended. At the present stage of development of a society of carrying out of complex actions for socialisation of people with special educational needs and their attraction to active life — one of priority directions of social policy. The important role in the solved problems of correction, rehabilitation and social integration of children with the limited possibilities is played now by means of adaptive physical training. Variety and an orientation of physical exercises which are applied in system of adaptive physical training, variability of their performance allow to carry out selection and their necessary association taking into account problems of correction of impellent infringements and increase of physical readiness of pupils of special schools to an optimum level. One of the central roles at studying of social processes is played at this time by the system approach as he contains possibilities of interdisciplinary research of any problem from the point of view of the general laws of development which can be used at the decision of the specific targets put by us taking into account specificity of correctional pedagogic. Socialisation is a mastering by the individual of social experience, system of social communications and relations. In the course of socialisation the person gets the belief, socially approved norms of the reference necessary for it for normal life in a society. Active employment by physical exercises allow to compensate partially absence at blind sight, thanks to considerable improvement of muskulno-impellent sensations and functions of other analyzers. Regular employment by physical exercises improve health of the person, simultaneously promote correction and coordination of movements, gait, development of physical abilities, education of moral-strong-willed qualities, socialisation and integration into a society.
