Методика розвитку фізичної працездатності студентів медичних ЗВО

У статті розкрито особливості навчання студентів – медичних ВНЗ з урахуванням їх майбутньої професійної діяльності. Представлено визначену на основі аналізу та результатів проведених наукових досліджень структуру методики розвитку фізичної працездатності студентів – майбутніх лікарів на заняттях з фізичного виховання. Розкрито спрямованість та зміст навчального процесу з фізичного виховання майбутніх лікарів, який обумовлено соціальними вимогами та фізичною готовністю студентів до майбутньої професійної діяльності.

В статье раскрыты особенности обучения студентов медицинских ВУЗов с учетом их будущей профессиональной деятельности. Представлена определенная на основе анализа и результатов проведенных научных исследований структура методики развития физической работоспособности студентов - будущих врачей на занятиях по физическому воспитанию. Раскрыта направленность и содержание учебного процесса по физическому воспитанию будущих врачей, который обусловлен социальными требованиями и физической их готовностью к будущей профессиональной деятельности.

The article describes the peculiarities of teaching students - medical universities with regard to their future professional activity, presents defined methodology structure of teaching the technologies of physical working capacity development of students - future physicians at physical education lessons, based on the analysis, generalization and results of scientific researches.Focus and content of the educational process on the physical education of future physicians is revealed, which is conditioned by social requirements and physical readiness of students for future professional activity. Structure of the educational process of physical education of students - future physicians consists of the following components: Motivational and target orientation is the main component of the learning process and includes goal, tasks, functions and direction of physical training of students, which promotes the formation of conscious attitude motivation to the educational process of physical education, its means and independent motor activity trainings, the desire to constantly improve physical culture - health and sports skills.
Organizational and content component is aimed to the introduction of physical culture and health technologies aimed at strengthening health, increasing physical fitness and physical capacity of students, forming and upbringing students for life. In addition, this component determines the criteria for selecting the means and forms of physical education. Diagnostic component of the training method is directed to the regular monitoring and diagnostics of the level of formation of students of theoretical knowledge, practical skills and abilities, level of physical preparedness and physical efficiency. For the medical students the importance of a health culture, healthy lifestyle, and harmonious development of the physical qualities greatly increases due to the studying process peculiarities and specifics of the future medical profession. Conducted scientific research analysis shows that the most important among physical qualities for professional activity of future doctor is physical endurance, which provides low fatigue and high efficiency.
