В статті розглянуто значення технічних засобів асистивних технологій у системі реабілітації військових в процесі занять адаптивними видами спорту. Мета роботи: характеристика впливу адаптивного спорту на процес відновлення та реабілітації ветеранів війни та визначення ролі технічних засобів асистивних технологій в цьому процесі. Наукова новизна: заняття адаптивним спортом за допомогою технічних засобів асистивних технологій допомагають ветеранам подолати посттравматичний стресовий розлад, покращують настрій, сприяють ефективній соціалізації. Висновки. 1. Використання адаптивного спорту у комплексній системі реабілітації військових призводить до підвищення рівня функціональної мобільності, психологічної стійкості та повсякденної активності. 2. Організація процесу відновлення ветеранів війни після травм та поранень через адаптивний спорт є перспективним напрямком наукових досліджень для спеціалістів різних сфер життя. 3. Технічні засоби асистивних технологій реабілітації відіграють важливу роль в процесі відновлення ветеранів війни бо допомагають долучитися до адаптивної спортивної діяльності в повному обсязі.

The article considers the importance of assistive technology in the rehabilitation system of military personnel in the process of practicing adaptive sports in order to increase the level of functional mobility, psychological stability and daily activity. Purpose of the work: to characterize the impact of adaptive sports on the process of recovery and rehabilitation of war veterans and to determine the role of assistive technology in this process. Scientific novelty: practicing adaptive sports with the help of assistive technology helps veterans overcome post-traumatic stress disorder, improves mood, and promotes effective socialization. Adaptive sports exist in all forms: from wheelchair basketball to archery with teeth or skeleton. Almost every sport can be adaptive, for this it is worth using certain modifications of equipment, additional materials, special coating, or adjusting existing equipment taking into account the peculiarities of body functioning. There are many types of wheelchairs, which differ in the method of propulsion, control mechanisms and technologies used.
