Формування професійної компетентності майбутнього вчителя фізичної культури в умовах педагогічної практики

Abstract

Статтю присвячено дослідженню проблеми формування професійної компетентності майбутніх вчителів фізичної культури у діяльності вищих навчальних закладів. З’ясовано підходи до розкриття сутності, змісту та структури професійної компетентності у контексті проходження педагогічної практики майбутніх вчителів фізичної культури. Обгрунтовано роль педагогічної практики у професійному зростанні майбутнього педагога. Підготовка майбутнього вчителя фізичної культури повинна опиратись на цілісну систему знань, які є важливою складовою предметно-професійної компетентності фахівця. Практична підготовка майбутнього вчителя фізичної культури є важливою складовою у формуванні його компетентності.The modern stage of professional preparation of teachers is characterized the authors of Svertnevym А.A. and Golub L.A. in their article «Formation of professional competence of the future teacher of physical culture in the conditions of pedagogical practice» by educational innovation directed to preserve achievements of the past and, at the same time to modernize the education system according to requirements of time, advanced science achievements, culture and social practices. The article touches upon the problem of training of future physical education teachers. The views of scientists about the notion of professional competence of future teachers of physical training and its formation during pedagogical practice within the process of professional training in universities are analyzing.It is well-proven that efficiency of practical preparation can be enhanceable at the terms of complex improvement of forms and methods of educational process: introduction of multimedia technologies is for lecture employments and introduction of of informatively communication technologies in the method of leadthrough of practical employments.
