Оптимізація процесу фізичної реабілітації спортсменів з інвалідністю засобами масажу

Узагальнено досвід фізичної реабілітації спортсменів з інвалідністю. Проведено аналіз процесу фізичної реабілітації. Систематизовано засоби фізичної реабілітації з урахуванням нозологічних форм захворювань. Обґрунтовано застосування корекційного масажу. Визначено вплив засобів фізичної реабілітації на терморегулятивні процеси спортсменів з інвалідністю.

Обобщен опыт физической реабилитации спортсменов с инвалидностью. Проведен анализ процесса физической реабилитации. Систематизированы средства физической реабилитации с учетом нозологических форм заболеваний. Обосновано применение коррекционного массажа. Определено влияние средств физической реабилитации на терморегулятивные процессы спортсменов с инвалидностью.

The purpose of the research is to study the effect of physical rehabilitation on the state of thermoregulation in the process of physical rehabilitation of athletes with disabilities of various nosological forms of diseases. Material and methods.The study was carried out at the training centers of National Teams of Ukraine. The study involved 112 qualified athletes with disabilities (N = 112: 56 persons – Control Group (CG) and 56 athletes – Main Group (MG)) belonging to different nosological groups and possessing various forms of diseases (Ethics Committee of the Lviv National Medical University named after DanyloHalytskii, minutes No 2 of February 16, 2015). MG disabled athletes trained according to the authoring individually suited physical therapy programs, whereas the CG athletes trained according to conventional methods recommended by medical training centers. The research results.Indicators of the thermography of the back of the athlets with disabilities with a violation of the function of the visual and auditory analyzer in the MG and the CG in the state of rest were somewhat lower than the limits of the physiological norm (34-36 degrees C). In athletes with ambulatory disabilities, the temperature of the back skin was within the limits of the physiological norm (MG – 34.25 degrees C, CG – 34.15 degrees C). After physical activity, the parameters of thermography increased in both groups of research. After application of means of restoration and means of physical rehabilitation, the indicators of thermography increased in athletes of both groups (MG and CG). Conclusions.Adapted techniques of segment-reflex, sports, selective massage, massage of paravertebral zones provide corrective influence on the system of the body by creating adaptive potential for physical activity of different intensity.
